Albany State University Women's Soccer

Jared Beauchamp was named the Head Coach at Albany State University effective May 24, 2021. Beauchamp comes to Albany State University after serving as the Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Iowa Central Community College since 2016. Under Beauchamp's guidance, the Tritons have finished in the Top-3 in the ICCAC twice with three appearances in the regional tournament and one finals berth.  A four-year assistant with the Iowa Central men's soccer team, Beauchamp helped the program reach the regional semifinals four times with a 14-win season in 2012 and 13 victories in 2013. He also served as the head men's soccer coach at Indian Hills, leading the team to six wins.  Beauchamp, who hails from Marietta, Georgia, played four years of collegiate soccer at Francis Marion University in Florence, S.C.  A defenseman, he was a key part of a Patriots' squad that won both the Peach Belt Conference regular season and postseason tournament titles in 2008, the first time that had been done in school history. Francis Marion also qualified for the NCAA Div. II tournament in '08 and was ranked in the Top-20 in the nation during the season. While a student at Francis Marion, Beauchamp coached two seasons at South Florence High School and one year in the Florence Soccer Association. He graduated from FMU in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. Beauchamp currently holds a national "D" coaching license, an NSCAA Goalkeeping License and an NSCAA Youth License.
