Dale Murphy Head Pitching Coach, Albright College Baseball Dale Murphy is entering his third year on the coaching staff at Albright College and his second year as the Head Pitching Coach. In this role, he oversees the development of the pitching staff, focusing on improving mechanics, pitch selection, and mental toughness. Under his leadership, the pitching staff has seen significant improvements, particularly in ERA, strike-to-walk ratio, and bullpen depth. Before joining Albright, Dale was a pitcher at Penn State Berks, where he ranks 5th all-time in appearances with 34. In addition to his coaching duties, Dale is the assistant equipment manager at Albright College.
