Tim Robbins
Head Coach
Robbins will enter his second season as the Head Coach of AIC Men's Lacrosse after he led the men's lacrosse team as an interim head coach during the 2016 season. The Yellow Jackets finished 1-14 and landed one Northeast-10 All-Conference member as Lucas Bombardier landed on the All-Rookie team. Robbins joined the AIC coaching staff for the 2015 season with an impressive resume, working on numerous Division I staffs including Bucknell, Siena and Rutgers. As an assistant at Rutgers, he helped lead the team to the Big East Semifinals. While at Siena, Robbins was a part of the first team to make the NCAA Tournament after winning the MAAC Conference title in 2009. Robbins is no stranger to the Northeast-10 Conference as he became the first head coach at the College of Saint Rose in 2012. While leading the Golden Knights, he opened the inaugural season with a 7-6 record that included a win over nationally ranked Chestnut Hill. A former varsity captain at Springfield College, Robbins started his collegiate coaching career at Wheaton College and helped lead the Lyons to the league semifinals in his first season with the program.

Keith Campbell
Head Coach
Keith Campbell was hired as American International College's Head Men's Lacrosse Coach in January 2026. He will lead all aspects of the program. Campbell comes to AIC from Longmeadow High School, where he was the head coach of the Lancers from 2015 to 2025. Taking over a program that was eliminated in the first round of the Western Mass playoffs, he has ten consecutive Western Mass first place finishes and been to five MIAA Championships, winning in 2022 and 2024. In addition to coaching, he has had 30 USA Lacrosse All-Americans, 11 Academic All-Americans, and a pair of Bob Scott Award recipients. Nearly 60 of his high school players went on to play collegiate lacrosse. In addition to his high school expertise, Campbell worked with Piatelli Club Lacrosse from 2014 to 2025 as the program’s recruiting coordinator, developing a comprehensive academic and athletic recruiting workflow with grade-specific milestones for high school athletes, creating recruiting bios and highlight videos for all high school players in the club program. In that decade, he placed more than 70 players in NCAA programs, with more than 25 of them becoming team captains and a collegiate graduation rate above 95 percent. He also coached the Piatelli New England Collegiate team from 2023 to 2025, training the top collegiate players in New England; in his first year, the team reach the semifinals of the Lake Placid Summit Tournament and won the Open Gold Division in his second campaign. Campbell earned a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Massachusetts.

Bussy Adam
Associate Head Coach
Bussy Adam was named American International College Associate Head Men's Lacrosse Coach in January 2026. He will assist in all aspects of the program. Adam joins AIC after 41 years with Newton North High School, including the last 32 years as the head coach. With the Tigers, he posted a 441-179 record, winning 15 Bay State Conference titles, five Eastern Massachusetts Championships, and three MIAA State Championships, sending dozens of student-athletes to the NCAA level. Adam additionally has extensive club coaching experience with Newton Youth Lacrosse, the Primetime Power Penguins, Warrior Elite, Kings Lacrosse, Piatelli Lacrosse, Stallions Lacrosse, and Freight Train Lacrosse; he has directed lacrosse camps and leagues in Newton since 1989 and has spent the last six years as the director of Breaker Summer Lacrosse Camps at the Roxbury Latin School. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Boston (then Boston State College) with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Adam is familiar with Springfield as a graduate of Western New England University, where he earned a master of science in criminal justice administration. Adam was inducted into the Newton North High School Hall of Fame in 2004, the UMass Boston Hall of Fame in 2006, and the US Lacrosse Hall of Fame – Eastern Massachusetts Chapter in 2016. He has been Boston Globe Coach of the Year and Bay State League Coach of the Year, and earned the Judge Franklin Flaschner Adult Award for community leadership.
