Antelope Valley College Men's Football

Justin Webb is entering his 23rd season with Antelope Valley College. Currently, he is in his first year as the wide receivers coach, and has previously served as the running backs coach, offensive line coach, Marauder athletic equipment assistant, and football operations coordinator. During his tenure, Webb was a member of the football staff on the 2021 American Pacific Conference Championship team which played in the American Division Championship Bowl, the 2016 High Desert Bowl Championship team, the first bowl win by a Marauder team since 1992, and the first win at home in Brent Carder Marauder Stadium. In addition, Webb has been a part of 4 conference championship teams. Webb also serves as the Head Womens Tennis coach at Antelope Valley College. His 2023 team won the most matches since 2013 and had two doubles teams qualify for the state tournament. In 2019, Webb's team featured  the first state tournament qualifiers since 1979. A graduate of Grant High School, where he played on the offensive and defensive line for the Lancers, Webb continued his education at LA Pierce College. He played defensive line for the 1991 edition of the Brahmas, which played in a post-season bowl game. He then switched sides of the ball to play on the offensive line the following season. After spending two years in the security industry, Webb returned to athletics as defensive line coach for LA Pierce in 1996. He then became the offensive line coach until leaving after the 1998 season. In 1999, Webb moved on to LA Valley as the defensive end coach and recruiting coordinator. Webb received his Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal studies from Cal State Bakersfield in 2009 and a Master of Science degree in physical education from Azusa Pacific University in 2011. Webb is also a credentialled Special Education Teacher in the Westside Union School District. Webb has been married since 2015 to his wife Jean, and they have one child, Fiona.

Donell Frank Jr. has been coaching high school football for about 15 years and is now currently in his first year at Antelope valley College as the Pass Game Coordinator and the Wide Receiver Coach, Coaching under the direction of Head Football Coach Perry Jehlicka. Throughout the years I was fortunate to coach some great kids, who went on to 4-year schools.  Ive coached DBs, LBs, DL in the beginning years of my coaching.  In 2014, I started coaching tight ends and Wide receivers at Quartz Hill High school, and after a few years I was promoted the pass game coordinator, which led to 2 CIF Titles, under Head Coach James Vondra.  In 2008, I was the Linebackers coach for varsity football and strength and condition coach at Perspective charter Football team in Chicago, Illinois under Head Coach Kenny Rodgers. 2010, I also had the privilege to coach under Richard Sanchez at Saint Augustine High School in San Diego, CA for 1 year as the assistant linebackers coach.  For the last 8 years I have been attending a Jason Van athletics camp during each summer for the youth of ages 8-22. Jason Van Athletics camp assists with Techniques and fundamentals, agilities and conditioning.  In 2022, I was the Defensive Coordinator at Antelope Valley High school for 2 years and decided to move on and Coach at Antelope valley College first year 2024 as the Wide Receiver coach.   I am excited for the opportunity to be a part of the Marauder Football program, and I am looking forward to coaching the students here at Antelope Valley College and working with the parents and the community that serves Antelope valley College School. This upcoming season as the Pass game coordinator is for me to continue to learn and be proactive at what I do.
