Adrienne Carr

Head Coach

Adrienne Carr enters her third season as the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Arcadia in 2026. In her first season as the head coach of the Knights she led them to the highest number of program wins since 2018.  Carr comes to Arcadia after most recently serving as Head Coach at FDU-Florham from 2003 to 2019. A five-time Conference Coach of the Year, Carr led the Devils to seven conference championships and an overall record of 185-101, with 11 Conference Player of the Year selections and 80 All-Conference honorees. In addition, 29 of Carr’s players were named All-Region and two were honored with All-American recognition. In her last seven seasons Carr’s teams dominated conference play with a 54-3 record in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) competition, a .947 winning percentage. Carr also served as Associate Athletic Director and Senior Compliance Administrator at FDU, and Carr currently serves as a head coach for South Jersey Select Club Lacrosse. Carr also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Undergraduate and Graduate Sports Administration programs at FDU-Florham.  In addition, Carr was inducted into the New Jersey Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2023. Carr earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and media studies from Rutgers University, and a Master of Public Administration and a Master of the Art of Teaching at FDU-Florham.

Caitlyn McGinley

Caitlyn McGinley enters her third season as the Assistant Coach of the women's lacrosse team in 2026.  McGinley came to Glenside from Caldwell University where she served as the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach, Site Supervisor, Regional Advisory Committee Member, and the Student Athlete Advisory Committee Advisor. As the head coach of the Cougars, she developed collaborative relationships in order to recruit new athletes to Division II lacrosse program, worked closely with student-athletes in a training capacity during the off-season, and oversaw intensive practice sessions aimed at improving individual skills and team play.  She has also served as the Head Coach of Evolution Lacrosse Academy, where she created weekly practice plans for 25 high school players, helped players develop basic lacrosse skills along with learning new skills, attended tournaments along the east coast, and helped high school student athletes to get recruited to play at the collegiate level.  McGinley graduated from FDU-Florham with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and was a four-year member of the women's lacrosse team. She was a four-time first team all-conference player, three-time MAC Freedom Champion (2012, 2013, 2015), 2012 First Team All Boardwalk Selection and participated in the NCAA tournament in 2015.

April Pollock

Assistant Coach

Pollock was appointed to a four-year term on the NCAA Women's Lacrosse Rules Committee, a term that run from September 2016 through August 2020.   Pollock arrived at Arcadia after eight seasons as the head women's lacrosse coach at NCAA Division II American International College, where she amassed the most wins in program history. She guided the Yellow Jackets to a program record for wins in 2010, and coached the programs first-ever IWLCA All-Region selection this past season.    Pollock served as the assistant coach at NCAA Division III Springfield College in 2007, where she worked primarily with the goalies and defensive players, and oversaw the programs recruiting and fundraising efforts. Pollock also organized and coached at the Pride's Peak Performance Lacrosse Camp.   Before her arrival at Springfield, Pollock was the assistant coach at Smith College from 2003-06. She coached the goalies and attack players and assisted in all other aspects of the Pioneers' program. Pollock was also the director of youth sports at the Hampshire Regional YMCA in Northampton from 2003-06, where she developed physical education classes at two local private schools and developed new youth sports programs at the YMCA.   Pollock was a four-year starter in goal at the University of Connecticut, where she still holds the Huskies' records for career goals against average (8.97), career save percentage (.558), career wins (26), saves in a season (195) and saves in a single game (20). She was named the team's Defensive MVP in 2000 and 2003 and was selected to play in the Division I North-South Senior All-Star game in 2003.   Pollock graduated from Connecticut in 2003 with bachelor degrees in political science and women's studies. She completed her master's degree in physical education at Springfield in May 2008 with a concentration in advanced-level coaching.
