Arlington Baptist University Men's Baseball

Brad Bass was named Arlington Baptist University’s Head Baseball Coach in July of 2021.  Coach Bass comes to us after spending the last 26 years at Wayland Baptist University. Prior to WBU, he coached baseball at Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, Texas. Bass holds a winning overall coaching record at every program he has been at the helm of, and last season ranked 9th?among active NAIA coaches in wins and 23rd?all-time. He has also coached 38 Scholar-Athletes, 15 All-Americans, and 3 Major League Baseball draft picks.  Prior to his coaching career, Bass played collegiate baseball at Ranger Junior College where he was a member of the 1978 Junior College World Series Championship team. He then continued his playing career at Hardin-Simmons University and served as an assistant coach at HSU upon his graduation. 

Jackson Lee, from Plymouth, IN, joined the Arlington Baptist University coaching staff in August of 2023 as the Assistant Baseball Coach. Lee attended Division II Cedarville University in Cedarville, OH, as a catcher. He earned the 2021 G-MAC Elite 23 Award before joining the coaching staff as the Bullpen Coach and Statistics Coordinator for the 2022 season. Jackson's passion for the sport extended to his role in Product Development and Support at Rapsodo, a baseball data tracking company, where he harnessed his expertise to enhance their baseball products.
