Bemidji State University Men's Track

Kean as the next Head Cross Country and Track and Field Coach at Bemidji State, commented Dill. Kevin has extensive recruiting experience as well as a background in coaching the multi-events and various track and field events.  In addition he has tremendous passion for coaching and really cares about the student-athletes . 

Baird was the throwing events coordinator and was responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing all throwing events, which included practice, recruiting, equipment, alumni relations and travel. Prior to his stint at SDSU, Baird was a personal trainer and fitness associate at a private health club. There he was not only involved training clientele to meet their fitness goals, he also gave lectures, performed fitness testing and was a health and fitness class instructor. Baird also spent two years at BSU serving as the track and field programs graduate assistant coach from 2002-04.   He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and has garnered Level I and II certifications from USA Track and Field. A native of Gemmell, Minn., Baird currently resides in Solway, Minn.
