Head Coach
White was promoted to Associate Head Coach in August 2016 after serving as the top assistant for coach Barbara Stevens since 2003. A 2001 graduate of Bentley, C has been affiilated with the Falcon women's basketball program for 18 of the last 19 seasons. She was a part-time assistant during the 2001-02 season and returned to the Bentley staff in the fall of 2003 after a year as an assistant at Harvard University. Players recruited by White include five of the top 15 scorers in program history. Her tenure as Stevens' top aide has included the 2014 national championship, four Elite Eight appearances, five Northeast-10 regular season titles and six NE-10 tournament crowns. A major reason for the Falcons success from 1997-2001, C was a two-year starter at the point, quarterbacking Bentley to a 27-4 record in 1999-2000 and a 31-3 mark as a senior. The Westwood native finished her career with 1,056 points (now 30th on Bentleys all-time list), 486 assists (12th all-time) and 164 three-pointers (sixth in Bentley history) in 132 games (fourth all-time). She was a second-team All-Conference pick and the team MVP as a junior and played on teams that captured the NE-10 regular season and playoff titles each year. C, 36, received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. A 2008 inductee into the Westwood High School Hall of Fame, she resides in Wellesley with her wife, Lindsay, and their newborn twins, Ashton and Camryn.

Christiana Bakolas
Assistant Coach
Bakolas, the point guard on Bentleys 2014 NCAA Division II national championship team, is in her second season as an assistant coach after serving as a graduate assistant during the 2014-15 campaign. A team captain during that special 2013-14 season in which Bentley posted a perfect 35-0 record, Bakolas averaged 6.4 points, 5.5 assists and 4.3 steals while starting all 35 games. The Manchester, N.H. resident, who completed her Masters in Business Administration from Bentley in May, played in 127 career games for the Falcons, including 93 as a starter. She totaled 585 points and came within ten assists of 500 while playing on teams that had a four-year record of 124-11.
