Gary Siano
Assistant Coach
Gary Siano '96 is no stranger to the men's basketball team at Baruch College after previously serving 19 years as an assistant coach under both Ray Rankis and John Alesi from 1997 to 2016. He will return for his 20th season on the staff and his first under Head Coach Tammer Farid. Gary will be involved in all facets of the program and will also be engaged in alumni outreach. Prior to joining the staff, Gary played for Baruch from 1991 to 1995. During his tenure, he helped lead Baruch to an ECAC Metro New York/New Jersey Tournament Berth and the CUNYAC championship game, both in 1994. He was selected as a team captain in 1995. Siano graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and is the owner of Bearcat Billing Service - a Plainview, NY, based revenue cycle/medical billing company. He resides in West Islip, New York with his wife, Julie, and two sons, Nicholas and Zachary.

Brian McMahon
Assistant Coach
Brian McMahon is in his third full season as assistant coach of the men's basketball program. Brian is no stranger to Baruch as he played four years (2010-11 to 2014-15) for the Bearcats and is 13th all-time on the team charts with 102 career games played. He won a CUNYAC Championship during his senior season and played in the NCAA Tournament. Upon graduation, Brian worked as a digital content producer for MSG Varsity Network and a freelance reporter for The Manhattan Times and Bronx Free Press. The six-foot-eight former Baruch center later traveled to China and spent one year (2016-17) as a youth basketball coach with Five Star Sports. While in China, he also coached clinics with the Nike Rise Academy, which included an event with Kevin Durant. Brian graduated from Baruch in 2015 with a Degree in Journalism.

Jehmehl Fair
Assistant Coach
Jehmehl Fair is in his second season as Assistant Coach. He competed for the Bearcats for four seasons from 2019-20 to 2023-24, playing in the CUNYAC Championship game all four years and winning the title three times. He was selected as one of two CUNYAC nominees for the 2024 Division III Commissioners Association Men’s Sport Student-Athlete of the Year Award and was the 2023-24 CUNYAC Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year Honorable Mention among his top honors as a senior. He majored in Accounting as an undergraduate and graduate student at Baruch. His career ambition is to be a CPA.
