Bethany College (KS) Men's Football

Vincent Grigsby is a 17 year coaching veteran, entering year 5 at Bethany College.  A native of Los Angeles, CA, Grigsby started coaching high school football in 2009, at the age of 19. He has been coaching offensive line his entire career, which includes 7 years of holding the offensive coordinator title. As offensive coordinator, his balanced-attack offenses averaged over 400 yards per game. After being on staff at multiple high schools and junior colleges in the SoCal area, Grigsby was hired to coach the offensive line at Bethany College in 2021. His impact was felt immediately, as the top two leading rushers for the Swedes averaged over 4 yards per carry in 2021, behind a freshmen-heavy OL unit.  Grigsby was retained by head coach Mike Grossner in 2023, and added Recruiting Coordinator and Academic Coordinator duties to his Offensive Line Coach responsibilities. In 2024, the offensive line didn't commit a single holding penalty all season. This span included 11 games, over 640 offensive plays, and playing 11 different linemen. An incredible accomplishment that still produced a 1,000 yard rusher, and gave the quarterback time in the pocket. In 2025, Grigsby was promoted to Assistant Head Coach.  Grigsby resides in Salina, KS with his wife and children.  Accolades 2017 - Best OL Coach in 3C2A (California Community College Athletic Association) 2017 - 2 Top 50 JuCo Recruits. 1 JuCo All-American OL 2022 - Interim Head Coach, Bethany College 2024 - Bethany OL Commits Zero Holding Penalties
