Head Coach

Kramer led the Golden Tigers to their fourth straight SSAC Conference Championship. He also coached Olamide Sokunbi and Deishane' Honeycutt to All-American status during the 2016 season. Previous to coming to Brenau, Kramer served from 2011 2015 as an assistant coach at Oglethorpe University and as an assistant coach at Norcross High School.   From 2004 until the present, Kramer has owned Real Fitness Trainers, a personal training studio in Peachtree Corners, GA, while coaching private clients in technical events such as pole vaulting, high jumping and hurdling.  Throughout the 1980s Coach Kramer coached high school cross country track and basketball in Big Rapids, Michigan.  A 1979 graduate of Ferris State University where he lettered in Cross Country, Basketball and Track and Field, Kramer served as the captain of the Cross Country and Track teams in his junior and senior years. At Ferris State he majored in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Physical Education. He also studied Human Anatomy in a PhD program at the University of Tennessee at Memphis. Coach Kramer lives in Norcross and still competes in track and field, cycling races, power lifting competitions and in triathlons.   Estetter begins her second season at the helm of the Golden Tigers cross country team. Previous to Brenau, Estetter served as an assistant coach for three years with both the Men's and Women's Cross Country and Women's Track and Field teams at University of West Georgia. As an accomplished athlete, Estetter was the 1600m Arkansas High School State Champion who ran collegiately for both Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Arkansas. She has also competed for the Atlanta Track Club Women's Competitive team. Estetter holds a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and a Masters of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in Nutrition.   Coach Ray Lian returns for his fourth year as Throws coach and brings a wealth of competition and coaching experience to the Brenau Golden Tigers.  While at Brenau, Lian has coached twelve individual conference champion throwers, including two-time NAIA Nationals Qualifier Dana Cole, and been a major part of all four SSAC championship teams.  As a collegiate athlete, Lian competed at Saddleback Junior College in Mission Viejo, California where he was a three-time Orange Empire Conference Champion in both the Javelin and Discus, and was named Orange Empire Field Athlete of the Year in 2009. He also competed at the USATF Junior Outdoor National Championships, where he placed 9th. After transferring to the University of Houston, Lian was a member of two Conference USA championship teams and also qualified for the NCAA West Regional Championships.  Lian, who is married to Maggie Lian, lives in Dahlonega, Ga. and is a level I
