Bridgewater State University Women's Basketball

Casey seeks new recruits throughout the New England area to join a team of dedicated individuals.  Pre and post-season workouts, study hall and fund raising activities make the basketball program a year round program. Prior to her arrival at Bridgewater State, Bridgett gained valuable coaching experience working as an assistant under two top women's coaches in the Northeast.  Bridgett was an assistant coach at Brown University (1996-97) with head coach Jean Marie Burr, and as an assistant coach at her alma mater Bryant College (1993-96) under head coach Mary Burke. Coach Casey's skills as a coach began developing as a player.  Bridgett was a four-year starter of the Bryant women's basketball team.  As a point-guard, she scored over 1,000 points in her career, served as team captain and was selected to the Northeast-10 All-Conference team.  At Bryant, Bridgett double majored in both Accounting and History. Coach Casey and her family currently reside in Mansfield.
