Eileen Ferry

Head Coach

Eileen Ferry completed her second season as the head coach of Bryant women's lacrosse in 2025. She was named the sixth head coach in program history on July 27, 2023. Coaching Accolades Has posted a 20-13 record in two seasons at Bryant. 2025 America East Coach of the Year. Led team to 2025 America East Regular Season title. Coached the 2024 America East Attacker of the Year and the 2025 America East Defensive Player of the Year. 2025: Picked to finish sixth in the preseason poll, Ferry guided the Black and Gold to an America East Regular Season title and earned America East Coach of the Year honors with a 5-1 conference record. The Bulldogs rebounded from a loss to UMBC to win their last five league games before defeating the Retrievers into the America East Semifinals to reach the America East Championship game for the first time in program history. Ferry oversaw the emergence of Kaelynn O'Brien as the America East Defensive Player of the Year, while eight players earned all-conference honors from the league. 2024: Ferry led the Black and Gold to a 9-6 record and a 3-3 league mark in her first season. She helped Kenna Kaut reach another level, posting a DI program single-season record 73 goals on her way to leading the nation in goals per game. Kaut earned America East Attacker of the Year honors, while three others picked up all-conference laurels.  Ferry comes to Smithfield after spending the past four seasons as an assistant coach at Brown. A native of Silver Spring, Maryland, Ferry brings 12 years of coaching experience to Bryant, including three as a collegiate head coach. Ferry has also coached on the international stage, serving as the head coach of the Ireland U19 team and most recently as the head coach of the U20 team at the 2023 Euro's. In addition to stop at Ursuline (2019) and Robert Morris (2018), Ferry coached the Ireland U20 National Team at the Word Cup in Peterborough, Ontario in 2019. In 2023, Ireland played in the European Championships in Prague, Czechia, where they placed 5th, the highest any women's national team had placed to date.   At Monmouth, Ferry helped the Hawks reach back-to-back NCAA Tournaments in 2012 and 2013 before being named the fifth head coach in Monmouth history in August of 2015. She led the Hawks to a 12-9 record and a spot in the MAAC Championship game her first season, finishing with an 18-18 overall record in two seasons. As the head coach at Monmouth, Ferry had seven players earn all-conference honors and 22 named to the conference's academic honor roll. In her time as an assistant, Ferry helped the Hawks to four conference tournaments, two NCAA Tournament appearances, two conference tournament titles and a regular season championship. Ferry was in charge of the defense as an assistant, coaching Gianna D'Urso to NEC Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2013. She also had four players earn first team all-conference honors and three earn spots on the All-Tournament team. Ferry graduated from Rutgers in 2011, serving as a player-assistant coach as a junior and senior. She had her playing career at Rutgers cut short due to a number of knee injuries she suffered as a freshman and sophomore.  Ferry was put in charge of the goalkeepers as a senior and RU's goalies finished second in the Big East in goals against average and third in the league in save percentage.  What They're Saying about Coach Ferry Kelly Nangle - Head Coach at Liberty "I am so excited for the Bryant Bulldogs! Merredith Kraisser

Assistant Coach

Merredith Kraisser completed her second season as an assistant coach with the Bulldogs in 2025. Kraisser serves as the recruiting coordinator, defensive coordinator and goalie coach. Coaching Accolades Helped Bryant win the 2025 America East Regular Season title and reach the America East Championship game. Coached Kaelynn O'Brien to America East Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2025. Coached Sam Centofante to Second Team All Conference goal kepper.  2025: Helped lead the Bulldogs to their first America East Regular Season title despite being picked sixth in the preseason poll. Bryant would reach the America East Championship game for the first time as well. Kraisser oversaw a defensive unit that finished second nationally in caused turnovers per game, 31st in ground balls per game and 38th in clear percentage. Under Kraisser's watch, Kaelynn O'Brien had one of the best defensive years in program history, earning America East Defensive Player of the Year honors. She recorded 2.89 caused turnovers per game, setting the Bryant DI single-season record and rankings sixth nationally. Jess Tosone also shined in 2025, ranking eighth nationally in caused turnovers and 17th nationally in ground balls per game. Before Bryant, Kraisser was with Ferry at Brown University as a volunteer assistant coach. She also has experience coaching at the club level, serving as a coach for Bogue Elite in Emerald Isle, NC. During her time as a player, Kraisser was a three year starter in goal at Campbell University. The 2017 graduate played in 60 games for the Camels, making 52 starts over her career. Kraisser recorded a season and career high 20 saves against San Diego State (3/6/15), which was the second-most of any Big South goalie for a single game. A New Jersey native, Kraisser was named to the First Team Big South in 2017 to finish out her career.

Hannah Delahaye

Assistant Coach

Hannah Delahaye enters her second season with the Bulldogs in 2025-26. Delahaye serves as the offensive coordinator an draw coach. Coaching Accolades Helped the Bulldogs win the 2025 America East Regular Season title after being picked sixth in the preseason poll. Also helped Bryant reached the championship game of the America East tournament. Produced two All-America East players in her first season. 2025: Delahaye's first season in Smithfield was a successful one as the Black and Gold claimed the program's first America East Regular Season title. Under Delahaye's watch, Isabelle Katter was named to the All-America East First Team and Emily DeGeorge earned second team honors. Katter, who had just one point in 22 career games prior to 2025, posted 61 points (32g, 29a) under the tutelage of Delahaye, DeGeorge also shined, notching her second-straight 40-point season. Delahaye played collegiate lacrosse at Towson University, where she appeared in 42 games throughout her career. She recorded 24 goals, 8 assists, and 18 draw controls, serving as a key draw specialist and making an impact on both sides of the field. A committed student-athlete, Hannah earned CAA Academic Honor Roll recognition in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Her coaching career began with Lakeshore Lacrosse, where she interned during the summers of 2021 and 2022. Since then, she has coached several respected club programs, including NXT, Lakeshore, and Legacies, bringing a strong understanding of the game and a passion for player development to every team she works with. Hannah is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health at Boston University, balancing her academic goals with her continued dedication to the sport.
