Gall became the all-time winningest coach at CSUB on Mar. 25, 2012 when the Roadrunners defeated Redlands 9-6. He won his 100th match as CSU Bakersfields head coach Mar. 17, 2013 when CSUB defeated Marist 10-5. Gall is 128-163 at the helm of the Runner program. Gall won his 200th match as a head womens water polo coach Mar. 27, 2011 against Cal State San Bernardino. Gall is 263-266 as a womens water polo coach.   Gall led the Roadrunners to a pair of third place showings at the WWPA Tournament in 2009 and 2010, a program best finish. For his 2009 efforts, Gall was named WWPA Coach of the Year. Between his first and second seasons, he doubled his current squad size and guided CSUB to some of the biggest wins-to-date in program history. In 2008, he helped give CSUB its first NCAA Division I All-American water polo honorees as Amanda Ortiz and Veronica Campbell each received honorable mention accolades. With Gall at the helm, four Roadrunners have earned five All-American certificates.16 times CSUB players have been selected All-Conference with Roadrunners being selected to the WWPAs All-Freshman team six times. On 23 occasions CSUB players have been named Academic All-Conference and 23 times Roadrunners have been named to the ACWPC All-Academic Team. Gall has grown a club water polo team in Bakersfield, the first-ever of its kind in town from zero members to more than 100. In the spring of 2010, Gall held the first free water polo clinic to the residents of Kern County in hopes of spreading the popularity of the sport in the local community. Prior to arriving in Bakersfield, Gall spent three seasons (2006-08) as head mens and womens coach at Ivy League powerhouse Brown University. Gall built the Brown womens program into a nationally-ranked squad. The Bears spent much of the 2007 season near CSU Bakersfield in the national rankings and finished the season with a fifth place finish at the Eastern Championships.
