In 2014, Crossman helped the Spartans place second in four different meets. Castleton then placed fourth in the NAC Championships as Mariah Eilers earned first-team all-conference honors. Crossman led the Spartans to a fourth place finish at the North Atlantic Conference Championships in 2013 as well behind an all-conference performance from Mariah Eilers. In her first season at the helm of the woman's program, two of her charges earned first-team all-conference honors as the team took third overall at the NAC Championships. Coach Crossman is a 1995 graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in exercise science and a minor in Spanish.
