Centre College Women's Field Hockey

Whittaker was a three-year captain of the field hockey team as a midfielder and was an outfielder for the Vixens on the softball diamond. As a senior in field hockey, Whittaker appeared in all 14 games for the Vixens, tallying a goal and an assist on the season. She finished her career with five goals and five assists. As a member of the softball team, she saw action in all 29 games as a senior in 2014, scoring five runs.  An excellent student at Sweet Briar, Whittaker graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2014 with a bachelors degree in business. She was a three-time Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA Division III Scholar of Distinction honoree from 2011-13, a three-time NFCA Scholar All-American from 2011-13, and a four-time Old Dominion Athletic Conference All-Academic team selection. She also earned VaSID Academic All-State honors for three straight seasons from 2011-13.
