Dan Krikorian '07
Head Coach
Dan Krikorian was named the Head Coach of the Chapman University men's basketball team prior to the 2024-25 season. He enters his second season after leading the Panthers to a 14-11 record in his first season as Head Coach. He previously served on Chapman's staff under head coach Mike Bokosky since the 2013-14 season. Krikorian was immediately elevated to Head Coach after Bokosky announced his retirement in 2024. In his 10 seasons as an assistant, Krikorian helped the Panthers to three NCAA Tournament appearances and two SCIAC Tournament titles. The Panthers qualified for the SCIAC Tournament six times, clinching the top seed twice. Krikorian joined the coaching staff in 2013-14, helping the Panthers to a SCIAC Tournament championship and Division III playoff berth. He came to Chapman after spending four years coaching basketball at Costa Mesa High School. A Chapman alumnus and former basketball player under coach Bokosky, Krikorian played in 73 games as a Panther before graduating in 2007 with a degree in business. In his four seasons coaching at the prep level, including last season at the helm of the Costa Mesa HS basketball program, Krikorian led his team to two CIF playoff berths while setting the school record for wins. Krikorian is also an accomplished podcast host and musician. He is the co-host and co-creator of the popular basketball podcast, "Slappin' Glass." He teamed up with former Chapman teammate Patrick Carney to create the podcast in 2020. Since then, the two have recorded episodes with some of the biggest names in basketball from the college to professional level. In 2025, he was honored as the NABC Guardian of the Game for Education. Guardians of the Game is a national awareness and education platform led by the NABC. The goal of the platform is to amplify the positive role coaches play in the lives of student-athletes and the contributions coaches make to their communities and society at large. Krikorian was honored for his work as a Head Coach as well as his work on the Slappin' Glass podcast. He has also recorded and released six critically acclaimed albums as a singer/songwriter since 2008. Krikorian and his wife, Allie, reside in Orange with their three children.

Kyle Milligan
Associate Head Coach
Kyle Milligan came to Chapman in the summer of 2024 as the first coaching hire for new Head Coach, Dan Kirkorian. Milligan joins the Panthers with plenty of SCIAC experience. He spent two years as a student-athlete at Redlands and was the Associate Head Coach at Cal Lutheran for the last two seasons. Milligan's time at Cal Lutheran directly correlates with the Kingsmen's recent rise. He helped lead Cal Lutheran to a SCIAC Tournament title in 2023 and a regular season title in 2024. The Kingsmen set a program record\ for consecutive wins (19) and their best conference record in 2023-24 while also posting a 3.55 team GPA. Prior to returning to the SCIAC at Cal Lutheran, Milligan coached at NCAA Division II Chaminade University. He was recognized as one of Silver Waves Media's 50 Impactful Division II Assistant Coaches in 2020 in the middle of his five-year stint. His coaching career began as a Graduate Assistant at Long Beach State in 2016. He finished his playing career at the University of Redlands, where he appeared in 74 games in three season.

Mike Molina
Assistant Coach
Molina joined Chapmans coaching staff in 2015 after two years as the Head Coach at Costa Mesa High School. At Costa Mesa, Molina posted a career 28-26 record and led the Mustangs to back-to-back CIF playoff appearances. Molina was a decorated athlete in both baseball and basketball at Costa Mesa high School before playing basketball collegiately at Orange Coast College.

Estevan Ledesma
Assistant Coach
Estevan Ledesma joined Chapman Athletics in October 2023. Prior to his time with the Panthers, Ledesma spent three seasons as an assistant men's basketball coach with Caltech. Coach Ledesma's responsibilities included all aspects of coaching and preparation, including player development, practice and game tactics, and scouting. Under Ledesma's tenure, Caltech posted its top finishes in school history in back-to-back seasons ('19-20', '21-22' seasons). Ledesma came to Caltech after spending the 2018-19 season as a coaching associate with the Los Angeles Lakers. During his time in the NBA, he assisted in opponent scouting and on-court player development with a focus on offensive and defensive schemes using SportsCode. Prior to his role with the Lakers, Ledesma spent four years as an assistant coach at DII Regis University (Colorado) where he worked and played for Hall of Fame Coach Lonnie Porter, Colorado's winningest coach and the 39th winningest coach in NCAA DII coaching history. Ledesma served as the graduate assistant and head assistant coach during his tenure at Regis. He was the recruiting coordinator for the southwest and west coast and also assisted in player development, video analysis and scouting, practice and game preparation, and day-to-day operations. Before playing at Regis, Ledesma was also a two-year starter and team captain at Phoenix College, where his team made an appearance in the NJCAA Final Four with its second best finish in school history. Originally from Arizona, Ledesma played four years of varsity basketball at Salpointe Catholic, with two conference championships, where he owns records for most assists in a season and in a career. In addition to his communications major from Regis, he earned a masters of science in organization leadership and management.

Ringo Bossenmeyer
Assistant Coach
Ringo Bossenmeyer joined the men's basketball coaching staff for the 2025-26 season after a highly successful coaching career at Tustin High School. Rossenmeyer won over 500 games as a high school coach was named Orange County Coach of the Year three times and coached high school basketball for 31 years. He coached at Orange High from 1991 to 1997. He led Tustin to the CIF 3A championship in 2013 when the Tillers had a school record 31-3. He led Tustin to 23 CIF playoff appearances and two appearances in the semifinal round of the CIF playoffs. The Tillers won league titles in 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017 and this past year when the team went 24-7 and captured two playoff victories.
