Cortney Outing is in her first season as Women’s Volleyball Head Developmental Coach

Arlanda Best rounds up her second season as Assistant Coach at Clinton College. In her first season, Clinton's program doubled their win record from the year prior and received a bid to nationals. Clinton is ranked first in their region this season, which speaks to the growth the program has made since the staff stepped into the program. Previously to coaching at Clinton College she has six years of head coaching expertise on the club level helping to develop over 50 young women onto the collegiate level.  In addition to her coaching, Arlanda played on the collegiate level as a six pin outside hitter for North Carolina Central University where she sits in third in school history for kills in just three seasons. Arlanda used her fifth year of eligibility at Taylor University where she made All-Crossroads League Team and helped lead her team to NAIA Nationals with an impressive record of 31-7.  She is extremely passionate about mentoring, developing, and pouring into every athlete she meets.
