Rolls is also the Executive Director of the Coffeyville Community College Foundation. In 2014, Rolls coached a honorable mention All-Jayhawk Conference selection in running back Cody Busby. In 2013, Rolls coached three players named to the all-conference team. Running back Andre Allen and fullback Billy Teters were second team all-conference selections while running back Derek Keaton was honorable mention. Since joining the coaching staff at CCC, Coach Rolls has been instrumental in developing a long line of great Red Raven backs. He has coached two first team All-American backs and sixteen 1,000-yard rushers including Top 10 backs Brian Knuckles, J. Crabtree, Tony Jeffery, Mike Jenkins, Muhammad Abdulqaadir, Brandon Jacobs, Lee Baker, Arkee Whitlock and Travis Evans. A resident of Caney, Dickie joined the Red Ravens after serving as an assistant coach at Independence Community College. Prior to coaching at ICC, he also coached at his alma mater, Caney Valley High School. Dickie and his wife, Valla, have a son, Mitchell, and two daughters, Morgan and McKenzie. Bio Coach Jake Taylor enters his first year on the Red Raven Football staff in the Fall of 2025. A recent graduate of Emporia State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science, Jake has cultivated a unique perspective on the game from both sides of the whistle — as a student-athlete and as a coach. His coaching journey began after playing Defensive Back on the Emporia State football team, where he spent four years immersed in the culture, discipline, and demands of college football. During this time, Jake gained first-hand experience in practice execution, film study, and adapting to various coaching styles. That foundation prepared him to transition into coaching, where he took on the role of Defensive Back Coach Intern at his alma mater.  Coach Taylor is continuing his coaching journey at Coffeyville Community College, where he serves as the Cornerbacks Coach. Coach Taylor brings technical knowledge and a player-first mentality to a program focused on development and excellence.

Bio Ben McClung joined the Coffeyville Community College coaching staff as the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach in the spring of 2025. With a strong background in offensive strategy and player development, he brings a wealth of experience from the NCAA Division I and Division II levels. Before arriving at Coffeyville, McClung spent two seasons at Eastern Michigan University, where he worked with the offense in multiple capacities. In 2024, he served as an Offensive Assistant, focusing on the development of the team's quarterbacks. The previous season (2023), he was an Offensive Quality Control coach, contributing to game preparation, scouting, and opponent analysis. Before Eastern Michigan, McClung was the Tight Ends Coach at the University of Central Missouri (2022), where he helped develop All-Conference selection Malik Clayborn and Player of the Week Bo Reeves. His experience also includes time at Abilene Christian University (2021) as a Graduate Assistant working with the offensive line. During his time as a Student Assistant at Central Missouri (2017–2020), McClung worked on both sides of the ball. In 2019, he was the Running Backs Coach, guiding Devante Turner and Koby Wilkerson to All-Conference honors. That season, Central Missouri went 11-2, won a conference championship, and led the nation in total offense, averaging 547 yards per game. He also spent two seasons (2017-2018) assisting the defensive staff.

Bio Coach Richard was hired as the Red Ravens' Defensive Coordinator in the spring of 2025, bringing elite-level experience and a passion for developing young men to the Red Ravens’ program. Prior to Coffeyville, Coach Richard coached the corners at Valdosta State University in 2023, following a stint as a Defensive Intern at the University of Texas in 2022. Before entering the coaching ranks, Coach Rich had a successful professional playing career as a defensive back. Coach played professionally in the NFL for the LA Chargers from 2016–2020, as well as in the CFL with Ottawa RedBlacks from 2014–2015, and the Edmonton Elks in 2021. He began his collegiate career at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M (NEO) before transferring to Emporia State University, where he stood out as a physical, instinctive defensive back. A native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and graduate of Del City High School, Coach Rich brings the same intensity, discipline, and heart he played with into every practice and game. Driven by a mission to build disciplined, fearless defenses, Coach Rich believes in developing not just athletes—but leaders prepared for life beyond football.

Bio SaRodorick Thompson will be entering his first season with the Red Ravens in the Fall of 2025.  Coach Thompson will serve as the Running Backs coach on the Red Raven staff. Coach Thompson is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he was on the football team from 2018 through 2023, serving as a team captain from 2019 through 2022.  As a running back on the Red Raiders, Thompson finished his career in the top 4 all-time in career rushing touchdowns for Texas Tech. After college, Coach Thompson spent a couple of years playing Football professionally with NFL stints with the Los Angeles Rams, Dallas Cowboys, Seattle Seahawks, and the New Orleans Saints.  Thompson also played in the Canadian Football League for half a season with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Coach Thompson is originally from Irving, Texas.

Bio Darian Lewis came to the Red Ravens in the Spring of 2025.   Before coming to Coffeyville, Coach Lewis played in the competitive Jayhawk Conference before transferring to Baker University, where he was a two-time All-Conference tight end. After his playing career, he spent two years as an offensive assistant at Lawrence High School in Kansas, developing his coaching skills and football knowledge.
