Colgate Vice President and Director of Athletics Nicki Moore named Lyndse Hokanson the Colgate women's soccer head coach in December 2019.  Hokanson led the Raiders to a Patriot League Semifinal appearance in 2023 and 2025. She has amassed 33 wins in her six season at the helm. Hokanson made quite the mark in her debut season as a head coach in 2020-21. She claimed her first career head coaching win in a 2-1 double-overtime victory at defending champion Navy on Feb. 28, a sign of things to come for the Raiders.   Colgate rattled off back-to-back shutouts to cap the regular season and clinch a postseason berth for the 13th consecutive year. The Raiders kept their season alive by knocking off Boston University on the road 1-0 in double-overtime in the semifinals. Hosting its first Patriot League championship since 2012, Colgate took defending champion Navy to penalty kicks for the title.   Hokanson’s first season saw the Raiders post a 4-3-2 overall record, including a 3-3-1 mark in Patriot League action. Colgate defeated Army, Navy, and Boston University in the same season for the first time in program history, while guiding seven players to All-Patriot League selections, tied for the second-most in a season. Postseason honors included one All-Patriot League First Team selection, four Second Team honorees, and two Third Team members.    Prior to Colgate, Hokanson served five seasons as an assistant at Georgetown. She guided the Hoyas to five consecutive NCAA tournament appearances, three straight Big East championships, and two trips to the College Cup Semifinals. During Hokanson's tenure, Georgetown set multiple team records, including most wins (20 in 2016, and then 21 in 2018), most shutouts (17 in 2016 and 2017), and fewest goals allowed (10) in a season. She helped lead the Hoyas to a 79-17-17 overall record and a 31-4-9 conference mark in five seasons. Primarily working with the goalkeepers, Hokanson guided freshman keeper Anna Leat to All-Big East Second Team and All-Rookie Team honors with 10 shutouts in 2019. Goalkeeper Arielle Schechtman was a United Soccer Coaches All-American in 2018 and broke the NCAA shutout percentage record (.809). Under Hokanson's tutelage, Schechtman earned back-to-back Big East Goalkeeper of the Year honors and was a Mac Hermann Semifinalist with 49 career shutouts. Georgetown finished the 2018 campaign as the most successful team in program history. The Hoyas posted an impressive 21-1-3 record with their only loss coming to No. 1 North Carolina in the College Cup Semifinals. That NCAA tournament run included shutout wins over Washington State and No. 2 Baylor.   Hokanson has been part of a staff recognized twice as the United Soccer Coaches National Coaching Staff of the Year and Big East Coaching Staff of the Year. Prior to her five-year stint at Georgetown, Hokanson spent the 2014 season as a graduate assistant coach at Division II Valdosta State, where she worked in all aspects of team operations. In 2014, Valdosta State finished No. 23 in the country, won its first ever Gulf South Conference championship and made it to the second round of the NCAA tournament.   A three-year starter and team captain from 2012-14 at George Mason, Hokanson graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Hokanson garnered All-Atlantic 10 Second Team and All-Academic honors in 2013. She finished her career among the top 10 all-time in saves, save percentage, goals-against average, and shutouts as a three-time Provost Scholar-Athlete and United Soccer Coaches Scholar-Athlete. Originally from Crofton, Maryland, Hokanson earned her Master's Degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown's School of Continuing Studies in 2017.  

Haley Miller was named an assistant coach for Colgate Womens Soccer in February, 2020. Miller joins the Raiders after two seasons as a volunteer assistant at Penn State. She helped lead the Nittany Lions to a pair of NCAA Tournaments, including a quarterfinal appearance in 2018, with a 35-13-2 overall record and 17-5 Big Ten mark during her two seasons. During her time at Penn State, Miller was responsible for assisting with film breakdown, opposition scout, planning and implementations of daily training sessions, individual film review, and team travel itineraries.   Miller prior to Penn State spent the 2017 season as an assistant at her alma mater, James Madison, where she helped lead the Dukes to nine wins. Before returning to her alma mater, she spent two seasons as an assistant coach with at Villanova. Miller served as the interim head coach from October-December 2016 and primarily worked with goalkeepers while assisting with game film and scout breakdown during her two years with the Wildcats. As a student-athlete at James Madison from 2010-13, Miller was a standout both on and off the field for the Dukes. She garnered the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Commissioner's Academic award in all four of her years and was named a James Madison Athletics Director Scholar-Athlete three times. As a midfielder for the Dukes, she played in 68 matches, which included 27 starts, scoring five goals and recording six assists. With Miller as the team captain in 2013, James Madison posed a 15-5-1 record and won the CAA regular season title. A two-time graduate of James Madison, Miller earned a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary liberal studies with a special education minor in 2014 and a Master of Arts and Teaching (MAT) in special education in 2015.

Director of Coaching, Centre Soccer Association (2021) East Region ODP Coaching Staff (2017–2020) Education B.S., Aerospace Engineering, Penn State (2013) M.S., Systems Engineering, Penn State (2017) Before Colgate Ryan Hilliard joined the Colgate Women's Soccer staff before the start of 2023 season.  Hilliard, prior to Colgate, spent time as the Director of Coaching for Centre Soccer Association in State College, Penn. While there he was responsible for developing training curriculums, educating coaches and overseeing the day to day operations of the club.  The club strived for a commitment to education and individual player development for all players at various competitive levels. During this time frame, Hilliard was also a part of the East Region ODP Coaching Staff (2017-2020). This staff included other successful college and professional coaches and provided an opportunity to evaluate, coach and develop some of the top youth players from Maine to Virginia.   He holds a USSF C License and a United Soccer Coaches National Diploma. A two time graduate of Penn State University, Hilliard earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering in 2013 and a Masters of Engineering in Systems Engineering in 2017. He and his wife Haley live in Hamilton with their three childen Ellie, James, and Adeline.

Frail comes to Colgate after one year at Wright State University, where she worked primarily with the team’s goalkeepers and back line. During the 2022 season, the Raiders posted an 8-7-3 record, including a 5-2-3 mark in the Horizon League. Wright State earned the No. 4 seed in the Horizon League Championship and advanced to the quarterfinals. The team also had five players earn all-league honors.   Prior to Wright State, Frail spent two seasons at her alma mater Wingate University. This included a stint as the interim head coach in 2021 when she led the team to an 11-6 record.   Frail was a standout goalkeeper during her playing career, helping the Bulldogs reach the Southern Atlantic Conference Tournament title match in three of her four seasons.   In 2019, she helped guide Wingate to the NCAA regional title game as the Bulldogs finished the season ranked 16th in the nation.   Frail earned multiple accolades both on and off the field during her collegiate career. She garnered First Team All-South Atlantic Conference honors as a senior while picking up All-Region recognition from the United Soccer Coaches and D2CCA.   She received CoSIDA First Team Academic All-America and United Soccer Coaches Third Team Scholar All-America honors as a senior and was named the 2019 Women's Soccer SAC Scholar-Athlete. She was also an NCAA Woman of the Year nominee in 2020.   Additionally, Frail earned a spot on the Wingate President's List every semester and the SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll every year.   She graduated summa cum laude from Wingate in May 2019. Frail logged a 3.92 GPA, majoring in history with a minor in political science. She earned her master’s in sport management from Wingate in 2020.
