Kantessa Bryant-Miller
Head Coach
The College of Southern Nevada (CSN) is proud to introduce Kantessa Bryant-Miller, known as Coach K, as the fourth head coach in the history of the Coyotes Women’s Volleyball program. With a wealth of playing and coaching experience, Coach K is poised to lead the program into an exciting new era. Coach K brings over 12 years of competitive playing experience and nearly five years of coaching expertise to CSN. She currently serves as the lead scout for Prepdig Nevada and as head coach of the 16U team at Underrated Volleyball in North Las Vegas. Her recent coaching accomplishments include leading her 14U team to a first-place finish at the prestigious “In It To Win It” tournament in Las Vegas, along with two second-place finishes in other highly competitive events. Prior to her time in Nevada, Coach K coached with Skyline Juniors in Texas, where she guided a talented 11U team to multiple top-three finishes in regional tournaments. Her coaching style emphasizes skill development, mental resilience, and overall athlete growth, fostering a positive and competitive environment for players. A graduate of Mississippi Valley State University, Coach K had an exceptional collegiate career as a two-time Preseason SWAC Player of the Year. In 2008, she led the nation in service aces, highlighting her impact as a standout player. Her achievements as an athlete are matched by her dedication to developing the next generation of volleyball talent. Coach K’s vision for the CSN Volleyball program centers on building a winning culture grounded in discipline, hard work, and a commitment to excellence both on and off the court. Her extensive network in the Las Vegas metro and Reno areas positions her to recruit and attract top talent to the program.

Monah Doyle
Head Coach
Monah Doyle has either cheered or coached for the last 38 years. Within that time she has cheered from JR High School, high school, college (UNLV), and as a professional cheerleader where she was the captain for the Las Vegas Sting professional arena football team and the Las Vegas Dust Devils professional indoor soccer team. Monah has coached kids of all ages, from 18 months to college aged cheer teams all over the United States and in the Philippines. As a professional cheerleader she, also, worked as an instructor for Universal Cheeleaders Association, World Cheerleaders Association, and JAMZ. She was a founder and Head Coach for the very successful Maniakz cheer program in Las Vegas where she has amassed over 23 National titles as a head coach. Monah is looking forward to doing great things with CSN cheer and the Las Vegas community.

Bryan Astudillo
Head Coach
Bryan Astudillo enters his sixth season as Head Coach of the College of Southern Nevada men's and women's cross country programs. As the inaugural head coach in program history, Astudillo has transformed the Coyotes into one of the NJCAA's emerging programs, building a culture centered on competitive excellence, academic success, and student-athlete development. Under Astudillo's leadership, both the men's and women's cross country teams have earned national Top 25 rankings in each of the past three seasons and have qualified for the NJCAA Cross Country National Championships in each of the last four years. The men's program has also recorded back-to-back Region 18 runner-up finishes. During his tenure, 13 student-athletes have earned All-Region honors, more than 10 school records have been broken over the past two years, and five former Coyotes have advanced to compete at the NCAA level. Prior to joining CSN, Astudillo spent five years coaching at John A. Ferguson Senior High School in Miami, Florida. After relocating to Las Vegas in 2015, he continued coaching and mentoring student-athletes while preparing to establish the Coyotes' cross country program. Astudillo earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Nevada State College in 2017 before completing a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from Touro University Worldwide in 2018. He attended Nova Southeastern University on a track & field scholarship, becoming the first thrower in the program's history to sign with the Sharks. A 2007 graduate of John A. Ferguson Senior High School, Astudillo was a standout two-sport athlete in basketball and track & field. He became the first thrower in school history to qualify for the regional championships and the first to earn an NCAA track & field scholarship. In recognition of his accomplishments, he was later inducted into the John A. Ferguson Senior High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Originally born in Brooklyn, New York, Astudillo was raised in Miami before making Las Vegas his home in 2015. He and his wife, Dr. Kayla Astudillo, are the proud parents of three children: Mason, Myles, and Kathryn. Away from coaching, Astudillo enjoys supporting his children's athletic pursuits, spending time with his family, bowling, and movie nights with his wife.

Jessica Diehl
Head Coach
Jessica Diehl is the head coach for the College of Southern Nevada womens volleyball team. A Louisville, Kentucky native, Diehl played at Spalding University and has coached at a variety of college, club and high school programs. As a player at NCAA Division-III Spalding, Diehl had a school-record .818 hitting percentage, which is tied for 9th all-time in NCAA history. She also was the SLIAC Player-of-the-Year in 2016, finishing with all-conference honors in 2015 and 2016. As a high school player, Diehl played at Assumption High School in Kentucky. While at Assumption, her teams won three straight Kentucky state titles (2004-2006). Her team also won a high school national championship in 2005.

Andrea Gonzalez

Andrea Gonzalez is the Campus Recreation Office Assistant. She has been serving the College of Southern Nevada since November 2000, the past 13 years in Campus Recreation. A multi-talented individual, who is the mother of one son. Andrea has a variety of recreational passions outside of working for CSN. She is a professional dancer, and a Integrative Health coach. Additionally, she also actively serves faith-based initiatives in the Las Vegas Valley.

Ashley Roberts
Assistant Coach
Ashley Roberts enters her third season as Assistant Coach for the College of Southern Nevada men's and women's cross country programs. A former Coyote student-athlete, Roberts brings firsthand experience, passion, and a deep connection to the program as she helps mentor the next generation of CSN runners. A graduate of Centennial High School in Las Vegas, Roberts began her running career in middle school before continuing her academic and athletic career at the College of Southern Nevada. During her time as a Coyote, she developed a strong appreciation for the values of hard work, perseverance, and teamwork—principles that continue to shape her coaching philosophy. As Assistant Coach, Roberts plays an integral role in the continued success of the Coyotes' nationally competitive cross country program. She works closely with student-athletes in all aspects of training, competition, recruiting, and program development while helping foster a positive, supportive, and accountable team culture. Since joining the coaching staff, both the men's and women's teams have continued their streak of national Top 25 rankings and qualified for the NJCAA Cross Country National Championships each season, while contributing to multiple All-Region honors and school records. Roberts earned her Associate of Arts degree from the College of Southern Nevada and remains committed to giving back to the program that helped shape her as both a student-athlete and a leader. Passionate about developing the whole student-athlete, she is dedicated to helping each runner achieve success both on the course and in the classroom.

Beau Doyle
Assistant Coach
Beau Doyle is the assistant coach for CSN Cheer. He has been involved in all aspects of cheer for the last 35 years where he has either cheered, been a professional mascot, or coach. Beau was a mascot and cheerleader for UNLV, a professional mascot for the Las Vegas Thunder, the Las Vegas Sting, and the Las Vegas Dust Devils. He was a founding coach for the Maniakz cheer program, where he has earned 16 national titles as a coach. He is looking forward to the challenge of building CSN’s cheer program and making it the best it can be.

Drew Farrar
Coach
Drew Farrar is the Sports Information Director and Campus Recreation Coordinator for the Office of Athletics and Recreation. As the Sports Information Director, Farrar oversees CSN Athletics’s efforts in marketing, social media, streaming, website content, statistics and brand management. He also manages the institution’s Campus Recreation efforts. A native of Andrews, Texas, Farrar has worked at the College of Southern Nevada since 2012 and has worked in Athletics since 2014. He holds an undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University in Exercise Sports Science and a graduate degree from the University of New Mexico in Sports Administration. Farrar and his wife, Erin, are the parents of a daughter, Grayce. In his spare time, Farrar enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with family.
