Chris Wasilewski

Associate Head Coach

Wasilewski is entering his fourth year on the women's soccer coaching staff at the College of the Holy Cross in 2025, after joining the Crusaders, under head coach Ben Graham, as an assistant coach in 2022. In 2024, Wasilewski aided the Crusaders to a 5-11-2 overall and 2-5-2 conference record with 13 one goal differential games on the 18 contest campaign. He helped coach 22 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll selections, one Academic All-Patriot League Team member, one Patriot League Player of the Week, three Crusader of the Week honorees and two CSC Academic All-District picks. He also helped the Crusaders to notable wins over Army West Point (1-0), Lafayette (1-0) and Central Connecticut (2-0). In the 2023, Wasilewski helped the Crusaders to a 5-7-5 overall and 2-4-3 conference record, the best season for the program since 2019. He aided in coaching Patriot League Defender of the Week and Third Team All-Patriot League selection Cerys Balmer, Holy Cross's leading scorer (four goals) during the season. He also helped the Crusaders to notable wins over Vermont (4-0), Lehigh (2-1) and Boston University (1-0). During the 2022 season he helped the Crusaders post Patriot League victories over Lafayette and Navy.   Before his time at Holy Cross, Wasilewski spent three years at the professional level as a video analyst with the New England Revolution (MLS) and New England Revolution II (USL1). He previously spent three seasons as the director of performance analysis at Providence College, his alma mater.   A two-time graduate of Providence with a bachelor's degree in marketing and a master's degree in management, Wasilewski has served as a staff coach with Bayside FC since 2017 and currently holds a United States Soccer Federation "D" license.

Cat Klein

Assistant Coach

Cat Klein enters her second season as an assistant coach to head coach Ben Graham for the women's soccer program.  In 2025, Klein was absent from the sideline due to an active commitment with the Air National Guard. She spent the year completing basic training and technical school in Texas as part of her service to the country. In 2024, Klein coached Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week and CSC Academic All-District selection, Julia Walsh, to a 5-9-2 record in net for the Crusaders. Walsh had made 58 saves for a .763 save percentage and 1.20 goals against average with five shutouts in the 2024 campaign. Klein aided the Crusaders to a 5-11-2 overall and 2-5-2 conference record with 13 one goal differential games on the 18 contest season. In the 2023 season, Klein, a goalie coach, helped train the Crusader Female Breakout Athlete of the Year, Julia Walsh. Walsh was a two time Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week selection who tallied 41 saves, five consecutive shutouts with a 1.23 goals against average and a .774 save percentage. Klein helped the team to a 5-7-5 overall and 2-4-3 conference record, the best season for the program since 2019. Klein joined the Crusaders after spending the 2022 season as the goalkeepers' coach at the Wentworth Institute of Technology. She was also the goalkeepers coach at Weston High School from 2021-2022, helping the team to a Dual County League small conference title. A 2019 graduate of Stonehill College, Klein played on the Skyhawks' women's soccer team for four years as a goalkeeper. She captained the squad and helped the team win the Northeast-10 championship in 2016. Klein received the Stonehill College Athletic Director's Award in 2019 following her senior season. Klein holds a GK Level 1 Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
