Awards Under Coach Cameron Sandland  Personal Achievements/Awards 2023-2024 NCAA DII National Champion Dennis Rose Intercollegiate Individual Champion, 2021 Lowest 18 hole score in program history, 61, October 26, 2021 Sandland took over as the head coach of the Men's Golf program in August of 2025. He will look to continue the success of a team he helped win a National Title in the 2023-2024 season.  "I'm both blessed and honored to lead a program that has brought so much success to this great, Christian University," Sandland said. ""This program changed my life, being able to live out our faith on and off the course is what sets us apart. Coach [Mark] Hull paved the way, showing myself what it looks like to be a servant leader while motivating a team to pursue excellence in all we do. I'm excited to lead with the same intentions and give God the glory through thick and thin. One of the main goals for this season is to be competitive in the postseason and grow together as a team. My goals as head coach in the coming years is to provide a great experience for our student athletes who pursue excellence that is built on the foundation of our faith."

Hull became CCU Golf's Head Coach in 2005. The leader of teams defined by their strong character and discipline both on and off the course, Coach Hull adds passion and enthusiasm in addition to a wealth of coaching experience to the program. Spearheading the resurgence of a once struggling program, Hulls teams have now made consecutive appearances in the NCAA Super Regionals and rank among the elite Division II programs in the nation. In 2014, the team won CCU's first ever men's national championship after earning the crown at the NCCAA National Tournament. As a varsity athlete and graduate of Taylor University in '93, Hull soon discovered his love for coaching as he served as an assistant mens basketball coach at Houghton College in New York from 97-99. He then acted as an assistant golf club team coach at Gordon College in Massachusetts, before accepting the challenge to take over at the helm of the mens tennis team. Hull remained actively involved in the world of golf, as he instructed the Junior Golf Program at the prestigious Myopia Hunt Club (host of four U.S. Opens). He was named NCCAA National Coach of the Year in 2014. Mark resides in Lakewood with his wife Danielle.
