Head Coach

Keith has amassed an unbelievable record of 1,375 wins and just 399 losses (.780) in 28 years as head coach at Connors State College. He currently ranks first in wins among active NJCAA baseball coaches and is believed to be the youngest collegiate baseball coach to reach 1,000 wins when he accomplished the feat at the age of 42. Keith has guided the Cowboys to 14 Bi-State East Conference championships, seven Region II titles, five NJCAA South Central District crowns and five appearances at the Division I JUCO World Series, their most recent being 5 place finish in 2013 . The Cowboys have also finished second in Region II eleven times under Keith and have been ranked in the top 10 of the NJCAA Division I Baseball Poll every season since he took over the program in 1985. For his efforts he has been awarded Bi-State Conference Coach of the Year 14 times, Region II Coach of the Year seven times, and South Central District Coach of the Year on five occasions. In May of 2008 Perry Keith was awarded the ultimate honor being inducted into the NJCAA Baseball Hall of Fame in Grand Junction, CO Keith has coached 33 NJCAA All-Americans, 29 NJCAA Academic All-Americans and his program boasts a graduation percentage of 95 percent. Keith has also had eleven former players make it to the Major Leagues. Current Major Leaguers are George Kottaras of the Chicago Cubs. Over 95 players have been drafted in the Major league draft under since Keith took over in 1985 Keith, a Pryor native played at Connors State in 1980-81 and moved on to Missouri State where he was a member of the Bears 1982 College World Series team.  Keith graduated from Missouri State with a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing and received his Masters Degree from Northeastern State University. Perry and wife Sheri live in Warner and have two children, Heather, Korey a former Cowboy All-American and one granddaughter Kaizlei. Bobby Foreman

Head Coach

Foreman begins his 14th season as assistant baseball coach for Connors State where he has served as recruiting coordinator and overseeing the strength and conditioning program for the Cowboys. During his tenure at Connors State he has recruited 26 players who were drafted by professional organizations and three went on to play in the Major Leagues. A total of 90 players in the Connors State program moved on to four-year schools to continue their playing careers. What is the success of the Cowboys program, according to Foreman Winning comes hand-in-hand with working hard, being dedicated and having talented people want to play for you, said Foreman. Recruiting is the backbone of any great program and that is why I spent countless hours on the road and on the phone to ensure we have our share of talented players here at Connors. Foreman has coached also coached three teams who have reached the NJCAA College World Series (2003, 06 and 08) 11 junior college All-Americans and 4 Academic All-Americans. The 13-year assistant has also been a head coach for two summer college prospect teams in 2004 that was based in Oklahoma City, which finished with a 32-11 record and won the St. Louis University Tournament. The following summer Foreman was head coach for the Baseball Prospects of Tulsa, a club that compiled a 31-8 record. Foreman has also served as nine years as an associate scout for the American Leagues Anaheim Angels organization. A graduate of Connors State College, where he played for the Cowboys in the 1996 and 97 seasons, Foreman went on to graduate with a Bachelors of Education degree from Northeastern State University and is currently completing his Masters degree at East Central University. I enjoy seeing young people be a part of something successful, said Foreman. Coaching at this level for so many years has brought countless blessings to me and my familys lives. Seeing the successes of former players whether on the field or in the game of life is something I have found great pride in, said Foreman. Foreman and his wife Regan (Garner) reside in Warner and are the parents of three children, sons Carson, Jackson  a daughter Jensyn.
