Andy Stark was named the Head Coach of the D'Youville University men's basketball program in June of 2022. In his second season with the Saints, the team saw improvements in win totals, scoring offense, and scoring defense. Stark helped guide the team to their first win over a ranked opponent in the DII ranks, knocking off No. 25 Mercyhurst University by a score of 62-58. In his first season at the helm, Stark helped the Saints see improvements in win totals, scoring offense, and scoring defense. Stark also had one member make the ECC All-Conference Team. Stark joins the Saints after serving on the NCAA Division I Baylor men's basketball staff. During his time with the Bears, Stark helped the team see a 27-7 record, winning the 2021 Big 12 Championship and making it to the NCAA March Madness Round of 32 as the No. 1 seed. Prior to his time with the Bears, Stark served as the assistant coach at Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference member Penn State-Behrend. While coaching at PSU-Behrend, the Lions posted a 20-9 record and were AMCC Tournament finalists in the 2020-21 season. Senior Dorian Connors was named the 2020 AMCC Defensive Player of the Year, while junior Kenny Fukon was named to the All-AMCC First Team. Before his time with the Lions, Stark spent three years as an assistant coach at Division II Gannon University in Erie, Pa. Under his tenure, the Golden Knights saw a 51-38 record, including a 40-25 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) record, two trips to the PSAC final four, and an appearance in the 2017-18 Atlantic Region Tournament. Stark also spent time at Stevenson University in Owings Mills, Md. as a graduate assistant for the men's basketball team. His duties included recruiting, scouting, film breakdown, practice scouting sessions, and individual workout sessions. Prior to Stevenson, Stark served as the head student assistant at St. Bonaventure while pursuing his undergraduate degree in Alleghany, N.Y. He helped lead the program to its first Atlantic-10 Conference Championships in program history, as the Bonnies took the title in 2012 and advances to the second round of the NCAA March Madness tournament. At the 2016 NCAA Final Four in Houston, Texas, Stark was a bench coach for the Reese's Senior All-Star game with former San Antonio Spurs head coach John Lucas and NBA Hall of Famer George Gervin. Stark graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communications. He earned his master's degree in communications studies from Stevenson in 2017. Stark currently resides in the area with his wife Alia and dog Millie Jean.

Bartley was added to the men's basketball staff in the July of 2024. Prior to his arrival in the Queen City, Bartley was on the Louisiana Tech men's basketball staff as a graduate assistant. Bartley was apart of team that won 20-plus games for the 10th time out of last 12 years and finished ranked 2nd in Conference USA. The team also earned an all-time best NET Ranking of 35th in the country. Bartley assisted with scouting, player development, recruiting operations, and team and opponent film. Bartley also assisted in development of C-USA Player of the Year Isaiah Crawford, who is now on a two-way contract with the Sacramento Kings. Bartley also assisted with the development of C-USA Newcomer of the Year Daniel Batcho and a total of four C-USA All-Conference players and four players who have signed pro contracts. Before Louisiana Tech, Bartley served as a student manager at James Madison University from 2020-23. During the 2022-23 seaon, Bartley was named on of the head managers. While at JMU, Bartley assisted with player development, team and opponent film, road trip and game day operations, and recruiting operations. Bartley was a member of 2020-21 CAA regular season championship team and a 22-win team in 2022-23 season which is the third most in school history. Bartley also assisted with the development of a total of eight future professional players and future Sun Belt Player of the Year Terrence Edwards. The Mechanicsville, Virginia native graduated with his masters degree from Louisiana Tech in 2024 and his undergrade from James Madison in 2023.
