Jack Wilson
Head Coach
Jack Wilson was named Head Coach of the D'Youville men's lacrosse program in July 2022. Heading into his fourth season with the Saints, Wilson was appointed to the NCAA Division II & III Rules Committee. Wilson was a presenter at the Intercollgiate Men's Lacrosse Coahces Association Coaches Summit, presenting on the process of building a collegiate lacrosse program from the ground up. During his third season at the helm, Wilson has led his team to their best season in program history. Wilson led the Saints to their best overall record (6-8) and best conference record (2-4). In the team's first game of the season against Davis & Elkins College, Wilson saw his team set new single game records in points (43), goals (27), assists (16), groundballs (58), and caused turnovers (22). Wilson's team also set new records in season team record in wins (6), goals (158), assists (90), clear percentage (.799), caused turnovers (175), save percentage (.552), and goals against average (13.58). In Wilson's second year at the helm in 2024, the Saints had two players earned ECC Second Team All-Conference honors and two players earn College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors. This was the first time the D'Youville University men's lacrosse team had players named to the all-conference team. The Saints as team was towards the top of the country in man-down defense, denying the opponent at .763 percent, ranking 14th in the country. Under Wilson's guidance, the Saints were able to gain the program's first win in a 13-12 thriller against Dominican in just there third game of the season. Wilson and teh Saints went onto win three more games including their first conference win over the District of Columbia. The Saints finished the season 4-11. Wilson comes to DYU from Felician University, where he served as the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Golden Falcons’ men’s lacrosse team. As an assistant coach, Wilson oversaw all defensive efforts, helping Felician improve their team winning percentage by 36% over his two seasons on staff, as well as their best finishes to date in program history. Wilson saw three players named to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference All-Conference teams and coached the No. 16 man-down unit in Division II in the 2022 season. He also led the Golden Falcons to third in the nation in groundballs per game in 2022. While at Felician, Wilson also served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the women’s lacrosse team, helping the Golden Falcons to the most wins in program history. Wilson also served as the Coordinator of Club Sports and Intramurals at Felician, as well as the recruiter for all NCAA athletic teams. Prior to his time with the Golden Falcons, Wilson served as an assistant men’s lacrosse coach at Curry College. He began his tenure as the Faceoff and Goalie Coordinator and was promoted in his second season to Defensive Coordinator. Wilson was also the recruiting coordinator for his entire time at Curry. Wilson currently is the Defensive Coordinator for the French National Team, where he helped Team France to their best finish ever in both the European Qualifiers in April of 2022 and the World Lacrosse Championships in San Diego in July of 2023. Before joining the Colonels, Wilson was an assistant coach at his high school alma mater, Christian Brothers Academy. Wilson saw two players become US All-Americans in the 2018 season, as well as helped CBA to their best regular season finish in school history. Wilson earned his Bachelor of Arts in history in August of 2018 from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, N.J. He was a three-year member of the GCU men’s lacrosse team. Coach Wilson serves as the Defensive Coordinator and Goalie Coach for the Saints. He also serves on the USILA Coaches Poll Committee as well as the USILA All-Region Committee.

Anthony Munoz
Assistant Coach
Anthony Muñoz joined the D'Youville University men's lacrosse coaching staff as an assistant coach in 2026 after four seasons at Averett University, where he served in multiple coaching and student success roles. Most recently, Muñoz served as Averett's Student Success Coach, Special Teams Coordinator, Defensive Coordinator, and Academic Coordinator. During his tenure, he helped the Cougars match the program record for wins in a season, grow to the largest roster in program history, reduce penalties by more than 40 percent, and improve the team's clear percentage. He also played a key role in practice planning, film sessions, recruiting, academic monitoring, and student-athlete development. Prior to that role, Muñoz spent two seasons as Averett's Graduate Assistant Offensive and Recruiting Coordinator, helping improve the team's offensive efficiency while overseeing recruiting operations, team travel, and program logistics. He also served as Recruiting Coordinator for the Carolina Mavericks during the summer of 2025. Muñoz earned his Master of Business Administration from Averett University in 2024 with a 4.0 GPA and was inducted into the Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society. He received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Walsh University in 2022, where he was a four-year men's lacrosse student-athlete, earned multiple Academic All-Conference honors, and interned with the Cavaliers' strength and conditioning staff.

Mike Ventresca
Assistant Coach
Mike Ventresca joined the staff in the Fall of 2023 for his first season with the Saints as a Graduate Assistant Coach. Ventresca graduated in May of 2023 from Georgian Court University, with a Bachelor’s of Arts in History, and a prolific five-year career for the Lions. Ventresca is no stranger to Western NY as he was born in Buffalo and grew up in the Hamburg area. Ventresca was a two-sport athlete at Frontier High School, competing in both wrestling and lacrosse. Early success in wrestling allowed Ventresca to compete on the Varsity Wrestling team as an 8th grader. Through hard work and dedication playing for multiple travel teams in the WNY region, Ventresca was able to find a home for his college career at the Division II level at Georgian Court University (NJ). Ventresca was dynamic for the Lions as a midfielder from 2019-2023. He is one of only two players in school history to score 100 goals in a career. Ventresca finished his career at Georgian Court as the all-time leader in goals with 106. At the time of his graduation, Ventresca was ranked third in points all time at GCU. He scored 20+ goals in three straight seasons and was named to the All-CACC Second Team in both 2022 and 2023. Ventresca won a CACC Championship during his time in Lakewood. Coach Ventresca capped off his collegiate playing career by participating in the USILA Senior All-Star Game. Coach Ventresca will earn his MBA upon graduation from D’Youville in the Spring of 2025.
