Wilson as a natural choice to assume leadership of both varsity programs in 2006. The men's team won the Dartmouth Invitational for the fourth year in a row, leaving a 300-point gap between it and the second place team and breaking three records along the way. At the Ivy League Championship, the Big Green finished in eighth place. James Verhagen broke the Dartmouth school record in the 200 back, David Harmon took the 100 fly record and the 800 free relay re-set the school record by over two seconds. On the women's side, Dartmouth took eighth at Ivy's and broke two records: AnnClaire MacArt in the 500 free and Kendese Nangle in the 100 back. Charlotte Kamai and Verhagen were named to the Academic All-Ivy team and both programs were named Scholar All-America teams by the CSCAA.  At the Ivy League Championships in 2013-14, Wilson guided the men's team to a sixth place finish and the women to an eighth place finish. Senior Nejc Zupan received the Harold Ulen Career High Point Swimmer Award after compiling 361 points during his four years at Dartmouth. Zupan went on to represent the Big Green at the NCAA Division I Championships, finishing 13th in the 100 breast. At the end of the season, Zupan and Charlotte Kumai received Academic All-Ivy honors. Both programs were named Division I Scholar All-America teams by the CSCAA. During the 2012-13 season, both teams finished in the top five at the Ivy League Championship, highlighted by three event titles from Zupan en route to earning Dartmouths first-ever Ivy League Swimmer of the Meet honor. Zupan also became the first Big Green swimmer to reach the NCAA Championships since 1980 and reached the finals in the 200 breaststroke, placing eighth and becoming the first All-American in recent history. The mens team closed the season ranked in the top 10 in the CollegeSwimming.com Mid-Major poll its highest ranking in program history. The Big Green women also had a good season in 2013-14, posting their second consecutive top-five finish at the Ivy League Championships. Diver Katy Feng earned the 3-meter title on the final day of competition and earned Diver of the Meet honors. In all, the Big Green women set 14 of 19 possible school records over the course of the season.    Dartmouth posted one of the best seasons in program history in 2011-12. Both the men and womens team finished in the top five at the Ivy League Championship. The mens fifth-place finish was the best finish for the squad since 1981.  Wilsons first collegiate coaching job was as an assistant at Utah from 1977-87. He was promoted to head coach of the womens team in 1987 before assuming head coaching duties of both the mens and womens teams in 1990. Wilsons mens team won the Western Athletic Conference title in each of his three years at the helm. He also earned individual recognition as the University of Utah Coach of the Year in 1992 and the WAC Coach of the Year in 1993. Wilson coached both Utah teams until 1993, when he came to Dartmouth. Besides college coaching, Wilson coached Anaheim Aquatics (1978) and the Hong Kong national team (1979) and was the director of the Utah Summer Swim Camp (1982-93). Wilson was also a successful water polo coach until 2006. He coached Utahs mens water polo team from 1980-89 and took over as Dartmouths coach in 1993. In 1997, he guided the Big Green men to the Collegiate Water Polo Association national title before leading the women to a second-place finish nationally in both 2004 and 2005. In addition, he was named the 2004 National Coach of the Year for womens water polo. A 1977 graduate from Utah, where he was an All-America swimmer, Wilson earned a bachelors degree in telecommunications before earning another bachelors in exercise and sport science in 1980. He and his wife, Debbie, have three children, Sarah, Chris and Rachel.

Hamilton was inducted into the Maine Hall of Fame for his accomplishments both on the diving board and on the coaching side of things. At the Ivy League Championship in 2015-16, Brett Gillis placed fifth on 1-meter and seventh on 3-meter, earning 48 points towards the team total. AJ Krok took seventh on 1-meter and 10th on 3-meter, moving up five places and improving by over 50 points from prelims to consolation finals. Also competing at Ivies for the first time, Green was 12th on the 1-meter board, earning 15 points. At the end of the meet, Gillis was named the Ron Keenhold Career High Point Diver for accumuluating 189 points during his four years, which is the most of any senior diver at the meet. All three divers competed on both boards at the NCAA Zone Championship. While at Dartmouth, Hamilton has established one of the top diving programs in the Ivy League. In the past 15 years, he has had 28 different divers qualify for NCAA Zone Championships. At the 2015 championship, Brett Gillis represented Dartmouth with his 23rd-place finish in the preliminary round on the 1-meter board (259.05) and a 17th-place finish in the finals on 3-meter (610.90).  On Hamilton's list of accomplishments: during the 2013-14 season, Gillis broke two Mike Brown records that had held since 1970: 3-meter (377.55) against Columbia and 1-meter (361.15) at the Ivy League Championship. In 2010-11, Kate Feng placed 4th and 7th at Ivy League Championships and then went on to NCAA zone championships and placed 7th on three meter.  Along with Katie, Erica Serpico won the 2010 Ivy Championship on the one-meter dive, earning first team All-Ivy honors as the Big Green's first champion since 1999. Among the 28 divers who have qualified for NCAA zones under Hamilton's tutelage, there have been 27 Academic All-America honorable mention performances. Hamilton has also coached both men's and women's record holders. On Dartmouth's all-time top 10 list, his divers hold 35 records. During the 2013-14 season, Gillis broke two Mike Brown records that had held since 1970: 3-meter (377.55) against Columbia and 1-meter (361.15) at the Ivy League Championship.  Hamilton has more than 20 years of coaching experience, having assisted for many years at the college level prior to Dartmouth. In New Haven, Conn., Hamilton coached at Albertus Magnus before moving on to Southern Connecticut State in 1996-97, where he coached six Division II All-America divers and one national champion. Hamilton was the head swimming and diving coach (1993-96) at Foran High School  in Milford, Conn., and the girls' diving coach (1997) at Wilton (Conn.) High School. Before coming to Dartmouth, Hamilton was an assistant diving coach at Brandon (Fla.) Swim and Tennis Club, where he worked with the U.S. diving and summer camp divers. One of the divers he worked with is the 2005 NCAA Champion and Olympic Diver, Chris Colwill of Georgia. The summers from 2004 to 2006 summers he has worked at the University of Texas Longhorn diving camp. A 1995 graduate from Southern Connecticut State, Hamilton was an accomplished collegiate diver.    In 1993, Hamilton was National Champion in the 1-meter and was named Division II "National Diver of the Year".  He was a five time Division II All-America selection his final three years.   He was named "New England Division I and II Diver of the Year" in 1993 and was also the New England Division I and II 3-meter champion in 1991 and 1993.  Before college, Hamilton was also an accomplished athlete in three sports. He was the Maine Class A State Diving Champion 1984 thru 1987.  He also was an 1986 All-State ADIDAS All-American Honorable mention Linebacker and played on the 1985 Perfect season 20-0 Class A Baseball State Championship team at Bangor High School. Hamilton has an undergraduate degree in human performance and earned a master's degree in education from New Haven in 1998. He and his wife, Jennifer, live in White River Junction, Vt. with their children Tyler, Kyle and Caroline.
