Tiffany Ozbun
Head Coach
Ozbun returns for her 10th season as the head softball coach at Denison University in 2017. Ozbun is the program's all-time leader in victories with a career record of 223-139. Ozbun is a two-time North Coast Athletic Conference Coach of the Year who has guided Denison to nine straight 20-win seasons. Since 2008, she has led DU to three NCAC Tournament Championships, two NCAA Division III Tournament appearances, and three regular season conference titles. Last season the Big Red were 22-16 and advanced to the NCAC Tournament with an 11-5 conference record. Sarah Herold and Amanda Howell were named all-region and Kerry Hager and Lauren Secaras were first-team all-conference selections. In 2015, Denison won seven of their final eight games in the regular season to qualify for the NCAC Tournament where they would force a deciding game seven before falling to eventual NCAA Division III Championship qualifier, DePauw. Senior third baseman, Julie Rooney was named to the Capital One Academic All-America team after leading the conference in batting with a .459 average. In 2012, the Big Red became the first team in NCAC Tournament history to capture the title as the No. 4 seed. In addition, DU had four players earn all-conference honors, and five land on the All-NCAC Tournament team. Senior Hannah Price headlined the list of accolades after being named first-team All-NCAC, NCAC Tournament MVP and second-team all-region. The 2011 season saw Ozbun match her career-high with 30 victories. The Big Red posted a 12-2 record in conference play. Denison hosted the conference softball tournament for a record, eighth time after winning the NCAC regular season championship. The previous season saw her team mount an impressive charge out of the losers bracket to win the 2010 NCAC Tournament Championship on their home field. The comeback secured Ozbun and the Big Red their second NCAA Tournament bid and the fifth in program history. The 2010 team would go on to set 11 offensive team records, highlighted by record-setting totals in RBIs (250), runs scored (276), home runs (33) and doubles (94). Forty players have earned all-conference honors under Ozbun and 13 players have been named to the All-Central Region team. Prior to her arrival at Denison, Ozbun spent three seasons as an assistant coach at Manchester College where she was responsible for pitcher/catcher development and the team's strength and conditioning program. She aided in the development of numerous all-conference and all-region athletes and in the fall of 2005 stepped in as the interim head coach/senior women's administrator at Manchester. Ozbun also served as an instructor in the Exercise and Sport Science department. Prior to returning to Manchester, Ozbun spent three seasons at the University of Louisville where she earned a master of science in sport administration. While at Louisville, Ozbun worked primarily with catchers and defense while assisting in the development of numerous all-region and all-conference players, including the Cardinals' first All-American. In 2004, Louisville earned the program's first NCAA Tournament bid. That year, the Cardinals also set a Conference USA record for wins in a season (41). As a player, Ozbun was a four-year letter winner and three-year co-captain for the Spartans. She led Manchester to the 2001 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference championship and was named the team's most valuable player. She was the recipient of Manchester's Betty Clark Memorial award for her outstanding scholarship, athletic achievement, leadership and service and was a member of the Manchester Directors Council and the Manchester Faculty Athletic Committee. Since 2002 Ozbun has served as the director of the University of Louisville Softball Camps and has spent her summers working various national camps and clinics. A member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) since 2003, Ozbun is also active in the Ohio High School Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association (OHSFSCA).

Adriene Henery
Head Coach
Adriene Henery enters her second season as the assistant softball coach/pitching coach at Denison University in 2025. Henery was part of the 2024 NCAC Softball Coaching Staff of the Year. The Big Red posted a 25-12 overall record, an 11-3 league record, and earned the number two seed in the NCAC Softball Tournament in 2024. Annabelle Calderon earned First Team All-America honors at catcher from the NFCA. Calderon was also named the NCAC Player of the Year, First-Team All-NCAC and First Team All-Region. Five members of the team earned All-NCAC honors. Before Denison, Henery was most recently an assistant softball coach at Bexley City Schools (2022-23) and at the club level with the 14u Viper Organization and the 18u Intensity Organization. She was also the Physical Education Teacher and Athletic Director for Johnson Park Middle School (2022-23). Henery has also worked as a member of the Academic Support Staff for Student-Athletes at the University of Pittsburgh (2020), as a graduate assistant for a Life Skills program for student-athletes at Carlow University (2019-2020), and as an Event Staff Supervisor for the Office of Student Life at Ohio State University (2018-2019). Henery earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Ohio State University in 2019 and earned a Master of Arts in Student Affairs from Carlow University in 2020. She was a softball student manager for the Buckeyes in 2018.

Brian Ledford
Assistant Coach
Ledford returns for his fifth season as the assistant softball coach at Denison. Before coming to Denison, Ledford served as a coach in the Licking Valley School District for nine years. Since 2003, he has served as a math teacher at Licking Valley High School. During his nine-year coaching tenure at Licking Valley, the Carrollton, Ohio native has coached both baseball and basketball at multiple levels. Most recently, Ledford completed a two-year stint as the head varsity baseball coach at Licking Valley High School. In two seasons as junior varsity basketball coach, he compiled a 33-7 record, including a perfect 20-0 mark in 2006-07. In May 2003, Ledford graduated from Muskingum University with a bachelors degree in mathematics. He later returned to his alma mater and earned a masters degree in education in 2007.
