Jenifer Bahner-Hill
Head Coach
Bahner enters her third season as Drury's head volleyball coach in 2016 after leading the Panthers to one of their best seasons as an NCAA-II program. Drury had a third place finish in the GLVC West with a 21-11 overall record and an 11-7 mark in confernece onference play. The 21 wins was the most since the Panthers became in NCAA-II program in 1994 and marked their second 20-win season since then. Bahner will enter 2016 with a 37-22 (.627) record in her two years as head coach at Drury and at the four-year college level. In Jenifer's first season as the DU volleyball coach, she posted a 16-11 mark, signalling a quick step in the right direction after inheriting a squad that finished 15-16 in 2013. Four of the Panthers' 11 losses that season came in five-set matches, providing a hint as to how close Bahner's inaugural unit was to a major turnaround. Of course, the quick results would surprise no one who knew of Bahner's resume' as the Kansas City area native established herself as one of the top young coaches in America with a five-year run at Cowley County (Kan.) Community College that included two national junior college championships, two second-place finishes and one third-place result in her five seasons at the school, which produced a sparkling 177-16 record. Bahner was a two-time AVCA National Coach of the Year honoree at Cowley, where her final team (2013) finished 35-4 and rallied from a 9-3 deficit to Parkland in the fifth set to capture the title with a 16-14 victory. Bahner played collegiately at Baker (Kan.) University where she graduated magna cum laude. She began her coaching career at Pittsburg State as a graduate assistant, helping PSU to a pair of Top 25-finishes and NCAA-II tourney berths in her two years. Cowley hired her away from that position in 2009, when previous head coach Joanna Pryor left to become head coach at NCAA-II Newman, and she proceeded lead the Tigers to a 32-5 record and national runner-up finish (losing in five sets to Illinois Central), earning District Coach of the Year honors at age 24. Bahner's 2010 squad finished 34-4, posted a 29-game winning streak, and finished third at the national tournament. That set the stage for the school's run to a first-ever national volleyball championship in 2011 when Bahner's Tigers went 38-2 and finished the year on a 22-match winning streak by beating Oakland (Mich.) in the finals, completing a campaign in which Cowley was ranked No. 1 nationally wire-to-wire. The Tigers didn't lose a match the following 2012 season until the national title game, when Grand Rapids snapped their 60-game streak. Her most recent Tigers' squad rolled into the title game against a 52-2 Parkland team and emerged with the five-set victory, winning the Jayhawk East Conference title for a fourth straight year and extending the school's home-court winning streak to 60 matches with a squad that featured four juco All-America selections. Bahner and husband Tyson have a three-year-old daughter, Paityn and welcomed their 2nd daughter on March 10, 2016, Emersyn Grace Bahner.

Julia Krebs
Assistant Coach
I will be in her second season as a Drury assistant coach in 2022. She helped the Panthers to a 20-11 record in her first year with the program in 2021 and three DU players were named to the all-conference list. Krebs joined the Panthers from the University of the Southwest, where she served as the head coach for the New Mexico-based program in the NAIA in 2020-21. In her lone season leading the program, her Mustangs were limited to only 16 matches due to the coronavirus pandemic. Krebs served as a graduate assistant coach at Avila University in Kansas City from 2018 to 2019, and she was a student-assistant coach for the men's volleyball squad at Missouri Valley College following her playing career with the Vikings in 2017.
