Lisa King
Assistant Coach
King returns to her alma mater this fall for her first season as an assistant. She is a 2008 graduate of EMU with a degree in nursing, having played field hockey all four years and earning All-ODAC honors each season. Her senior year she served as one of the captains for the Royals and also received the EMU President's award. Since graduating Lisa worked as a nurse in Lancaster, Pa., and coached field hockey at the junior high and high school levels. The last four years she was part of the Lanco Premier Field Hockey Club coaching staff working with high school athletes, advancing their skills in order to play at the next level. In 2014 Lisa graduated from EMU with a graduate degree in nursing and is now very excited to be back at her alma mater, teaching in the nursing department and assisting with the field hockey team - two programs that she claims to be the most influential in her college years.
