Endicott College Women's Cross Country

Lange served as an assistant coach with both programs. Over the past two seasons on the women's side, Lange has guided a young team to back-to-back fourth place finishes at the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) championships and led both squads to a 31st place finish at the NCAA Division III Regional Championships. Throughout his four-year career at Endicott, Lange has coached one Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Year honoree, one CCC Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year selection and three All-CCC runners. Academically, Lange has guided 24 student-athletes to CCC Academic All-Conference laurels. Prior to Endicott, Lange was a four-year member of both the cross country and track & field teams at NCAA Division I Coastal Carolina. While with the Chanticleers, Lange received USTFCCCA All-Academic Team accolades, and helped the outdoor track & field to team to four-straight runner-up finishes at the Big South Conference championships. Lange's personal bests include a 17:00.89 time in the 5k, 27:22.08 in the 8k, 35:24.59 in the 10k, and 10:00.13 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase. Davis, who also coaches the boys' track and field program at nearby Danvers, is a 2011 graduate of Ithaca College in Ithaca, N.Y. As a member of the Bombers' cross country program, Davis capped his senior year by earning NCAA Division III All-Region honors at the 2010 NCAA Atlantic Region Championships with a then season best time of 25:37.70 (22nd overall). Davis also led his team to the Empire 8 Cross Country Championship title with a first place finish on the 8-kilometer course at Saratoga Spa State Park with a time of 25 minutes and 48 seconds. For his efforts, Davis was named the Empire 8 Runner of the Meet. On the track for Ithaca, Davis claimed the 3,000-meter steeplechase title at the 2011 Empire 8 Championships with a time of 9:52.17.  Davis served as a team captain for all three programs - cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track - earned three Empire 8 All-Conference accolades (two cross country, one track), and graduated with an environmental studies degree from Ithaca. 376 Hale Street, Beverly, MA 01915 +1
