Jodi Kenyon
Head Coach
Kenyon, who is about to begin her 10th year at the helm, has had a big part in that success. She has led the Gulls to five conference titles and six NCAA tournament appearances, where they have collected six victories, and has compiled a record of 153-53-18 (.723), making her second among active Endicott coaches in winning percentage. She is a two-time CCC Coach of the Year (2009, 2013). Kenyons players and teams have shined in conference play, where she has coached them to a mark of 96-13-3 (.894). Gulls womens soccer players have also received numerous conference awards and all-conference recognition, highlighted by eight student-athletes earning the conference player of the year and two receiving rookie of the year honors. While Kenyon has a history of building teams that produce results on the field, she maintains that developing her players into whole individuals is the focus of her coaching mentality. Kenyon holds the philosophy that the lessons she uses to develop champions on the field has also bred student-athletes who can achieve their full potential and commit to being the best they can both in and out of season. While we train hard and play a very rigorous schedule, it is my belief that the work ethic and discipline carry over onto all areas of our players lives. If they work hard on the field, they will work hard in the classroom, get the best internships and later in their career be highly marketable. We ask our players to commit to being the best they can all the time, not just in season. Part of that commitment includes a year-round training program, which Kenyon believes is paramount in importance for her players. While there are definitely periods of recovery and low impact, it is important that they maintain some level of fitness so they arent beginning at baseline every summer. Kenyon demands that her players are committed in the classroom as well, and her expectations have not gone unnoticed. Under her watch, Kenyons teams have consistently maintained cumulative grade point averages of over 3.0 and have six times been recipients of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Academic Team award. Under Kenyons watch, Senior forward Colleen Pepin made Endicott history in 2012, becoming the first player to receive NSCAA Academic All-Region status and the first Gull to be named Capital One Academic All-America, earning a First Team nod. Two additional players, Caitlin Peters and Chelsea Garlock, also received All-Region accolades for their outstanding academic achievements. Two players, Pepin and 2014 graduate Sarah Person, have been named CCC Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year under Kenyons reign. One of Kenyons keys to success is communication and cohesion, whether it is between her and her players or among the student-athletes. This is equally as important off the field as it is on it, says Kenyon, who keeps updated on her players classes, plans and personal lives through regular individual meetings. Being direct and honest with players is important to me so they know their role. I dont want surprises and I want them to be comfortable in their surroundings.

Christine Silva
Associate Head Coach
Christine Silva '13 completed her second season as an assistant coach with the program in 2018-19. Upon graduation from Endicott, Silva served as an assistant coach for the women's soccer program at nearby Lasell College from 2013-16. During that span, the Lasers went 65-17-6 overall (.773), 41-0-3 in conference play (.966), won four GNAC Championships, and made four NCAA Tournament appearances. Meanwhile, during her standout four-year career at Endicott, Silva was selected to the All-Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) teams following her junior and senior seasons, and named to the New England Women's Intercollegiate Soccer Association (NEWISA) All-Region team in each of her final two seasons of eligibility. Silva appeared in all 92 games during her Endicott career, garnering starts in 90 of the contests. A versatile defender, she also netted five goals and eight assists in her career to finish with 18 career points. In her senior season, Silva helped lead the Gulls to a 14-5-4 record and the program's first-ever ECAC New England Championship. Endicott advanced to the postseason all four years, reaching the NCAA tournament second round her freshmen year, the ECAC championship game her sophomore year, and the ECAC quarterfinals during her junior season. She was a key contributor in a class that finished 61-25-6 (.696) during their careers. Silva completed her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management in May of 2013, and was named to the Dean's list all four years of her career. As a junior at Endicott, she worked in the marketing and sales department at Aztec soccer club, helping the club develop their new logo promote their branding initiatives.
