Peeler is a national certified personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E). She also coached the Erskine women's basketball team for eight seasons (2001-2008). The Louisville. KY native and Davidson College graduate is married to Erskine men's basketball coach and VP for Intercollegiate Athletics Mark Peeler. The couple have four children and reside in Due West.
