Framingham State College Men's Cross Country

VanderMolen is entering his fourth season as the head coach of the Framingham State University men's and women's cross country teams. VanderMolens previous coaching experience includes a stint at Elms College with their cross country program and at Tully High School with their track and field program.  VanderMolen is certified as an Endurance Event Specialist and as a USATF track and field coach. VanderMolen ran cross country and competed in track and field for the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, earning all-conference honors in the A-10.  Additionally, he was a member of the school record holding 4x800m team.  He clocked in with the 3rd fastest 800m time in school history.
