DeIuliis' squad the first time around were a top-10 finish at the Quinsigamond Snake, a middle of the pack showing at the Head of the Fish and a trip to the 50th running of the prestigious Head of the Charles. The Ravens saved their best for the penultimate week of his inaugural year at Franklin Pierce however, as the team sent two boats through to the Grand Final at the New England Rowing Championships for the first time in program history. At the conclusion of the year, junior Mary Quinn picked up a Scholar-Athlete Award from the College Rowing Coaches Association. During his second season at the helm, the program took another step forward with numerous top five finishes by the freshman four and varsity four. The freshman four took home first place during the first meet of the season at the Textile River Regatta. They followed that up with another first place finish at the Amherst Fall Invitational. The freshman four also competed at the New England Rowing Championships and placed fourth in the Grand Final. The varsity four plus had a strong season as they placed third at Amherst and finished second in the petite finals at the New England Rowing Championships. DeIuliis came to Franklin Pierce () after a six-year stint at one of the more prestigious universities in the nation, as he served as the head rowing coach at Brandeis from May 2008 through this past spring. Though Brandeis' rowing program exists at the club level, the institution has a strong tradition of nationally successful club programs and DeIuliis oversaw all aspects of the rowing operation, including generating in- and out-of-season workout plans, boat rigging and repairing, and regatta entries. Prior to Brandeis, DeIuliis spent three years as the varsity head coach at Wentworth Tech, leading a program he built from the ground up starting in January 2005. While overseeing all aspects of the program, he built the Leopards into a team which owned four boats and traveled to regattas up and down the East Coast. In their first full season of competition, DeIuliis led Wentworth Tech to a finals appearance at the Dad Vail Regatta, which bills itself as the largest regular intercollegiate rowing event in the country. Outside of collegiate rowing, DeIuliis has held a variety of rowing instructional positions throughout Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, where he has introduced novices to the sport and overseen competitive rowing programs at both the Junior and Masters levels. As a result, he brings a wide range of rowing experiences from throughout the region with him to his new position in Rindge.

Brown will have played a pivotal role in the resurgance and elevation of the Ravens' rowing program. She served as a team captain in 2014-15 under first-year head coach Dave DeIuliis and now transitions to the coaching realm as the program continues to re-establish itself as a competitive force in New England. With the program reaching new high-water marks throughout her senior campaign, Brown and the Ravens perhaps shone their brightest near the conclusion of the spring season, at the New England Rowing Championships. As a member of the Varsity Four, which ultimately finished fifth, Brown was a member of the boat which allowed Franklin Pierce to put two crews through to the Grand Final at the event for the first time in program history. Originally from Newbury, Mass., Brown is a 2015 graduate of Franklin Pierce and will pursue her master's degree in Leadership at the University as well.
