Alexis Felt

Head Coach

Alexis Felt enters her second year as Head Coach of Franklin Pierce University Women’s Lacrosse in the 2026 season. (2025) Felt steered the team towards a 3-11 overall record and a 1-8 conference record. Despite a tough season, Felt still led Tovah Lowy to the NE10 All-Rookie Team and Erin Mcllroy to the NE10 All-Conference Third team, after putting up impressive season campaigns.  Though new to Rindge, Felt is far from new to college lacrosse. In 2022, she took her first collegiate coaching position as an assistant for her alma mater, Southern New Hampshire University where she has served as the offensive coordinator for the Penmen. Prior to her entry into coaching at the NCAA level, felt spent two years as an assistant at Bishop Guertin High School and helped lead the girl’s lacrosse program to an undefeated state championship season in 2021. Helping young athletes play at the next level, Felt has also spent seven years coaching with one of the 603’s top club programs, the New Hampshire Tomahawks. Originally from Manchester, New Hampshire, Felt brought her talents to the collegiate level first at Division I MAAC Fairfield University and then finished the remaining three years at Southern New Hampshire University. Playing for the Penmen, Felt started in 47 games and collected 118 goals, 33 assists, 46 ground balls, 11 caused turnovers and 14 draw controls. In just three years, Felt finished 10th (118) in SNHU program history for goals and 12th in overall points (151). In 2019, Felt earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and continued her studies through July of 2024 when she earned her Master’s Degree in Sports Management paired with a graduate certificate in Athletic Administration. Hear from Coach Felt: “Having played for three years in the NE10, I am deeply aware of the high standards and fierce competition within this conference. It is an incredible honor to now step into the role of head coach at Franklin Pierce University. The NE10 is a conference that demands excellence, resilience, and relentless effort, and these are values I am excited to instill in our team. My experience as a player has prepared me to guide our athletes through the challenges ahead, fostering a culture of hard work, determination, and unity. I am committed to building a program that not only competes at the highest level but also develops strong, well-rounded student athletes.”

Maud Lonergan

Assistant Coach

Lonergan helped produce three All-America and 15 Conference All-Academic selections while at Amherst. During her first year at the helm, the Ravens went 8-8 with a 5-8 NE-10 record. FPU started out the season fast with a 5-2 record during the seasons first month, but stumbled near the end as they lost four straight NE-10 contests to close the campaign. Sophomore midfielder Briana Sweeney was named to the All-NE-10 Second Team and was chosen to the IWLCA All-North Region Third Team. Meanwhile teammate Lauren Beville was selected to participate in the IWLCA North/South Senior All-Star Game.  Prior to her time in the Bay State, Lonergan spent eight years as the head coach of the girl's varsity team at Brattleboro (Vt.) Union High School. While overseeing the Colonels, she produced US Lacrosse All-America selections in both 2010 and 2013. Lonergan was recognized as the Marble Valley League Coach of the Year in both 2008 and 2010. Lonergan also joins the crimson and grey with experience at the club level and as a camp instructor. Most notably, in conjunction with her time at Brattleboro Union, she founded and spent six years as the Camp Director of Brattleboro Lacrosse, which was geared toward teaching the game to girls between the ages of five and 14. Lonergan is no stranger to the Granite State, as she is a 1995 graduate of the University of New Hampshire. A four-year starter for the Wildcats in the early-90s, she served as team captain as both a junior and a senior and was part of the team's run to the national semifinal in 1991. Lonergan is still tied for sixth all-time in UNH program history in assists (59). Her 27 assists in 1993 is tied for seventh in program history. Prior to college, Lonergan was a part of four straight state title teams at Colorado Academy in Denver. A six-year letterwinner for the Mustangs, she was the school's first High School All-America selection and was nominated as the state's best high school athlete in 1990.
