Kevon Isa

Associate Head Coach

Kevon Isa kicks off his third season with the program in the fall of 2024.Isa brings nearly two decades of coaching experience with him to Rindge, including seven seasons as a head coach at fellow Northeast-10 Conference member American International (2014-2021). Isa previously served as an assistant under head coach Matt Johnson at AIC, from 2005 through 2013.

Nathalia Da Silva

Assistant Coach

Following a decorated career in crimson and grey, Nathalia Maria da Silva '19 enters her third season with the Franklin Pierce University women's soccer team. It's a return to Rindge for da Silva, who served as a volunteer assistant coach in the fall of 2019.  For da Silva, the transition to the sideline comes after an award-filled, four-year career on the field with the Ravens. She capped her career with an All-America Second Team selection from the Division II Conference Commissioner's Association in 2018, following a campaign where she tallied 34 points on 15 goals and four assists. In her senior year, da Silva was also a consensus All-East Region First Team selection, an All-Northeast-10 Conference First Team selection and the NE10 Championship Most Valuable Player, as the Ravens claimed their record-setting eighth league title. In all, da Silva was a four-time All-NE10 selection in a Franklin Pierce uniform, as she also earned First Team accolades as a junior, to go with Second Team honors in both her freshman and sophomore campaigns. She earned All-East Region Second Team recognition as a junior, and was named to the NE10 All-Rookie Team as a freshman. In the program's record books, da Silva finished her career ranked 12th all-time in goals (36) and tied for 15th in points (88). A 2019 graduate of the University, da Silva originally hails from Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Millie Conod

Assistant Coach

Millie Conod joins the Franklin Pierce University women’s soccer program as a graduate assistant coach for the 2025 season. Conod played collegiate soccer at the University of Pikeville and Kentucky Christian University, serving as a team captain at both programs. She earned Appalachian Athletic Conference All-Conference honors and was named the conference’s Goalkeeper of the Year in 2021. Conod holds the career shutout record at Pikeville. Conod’s coaching experience includes time as a women’s soccer intern at Pikeville, where she assisted with training sessions, goalkeeper development, recruiting, and program operations. She has also coached at the club level with Eastern Elite Academy and served as Head Coach of the Pike County U19s, along with providing individual goalkeeper training. A native of Walsall, England, Conod graduated from the University of Pikeville in 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. She holds a US Soccer Introduction to Grassroots Coaching License and England Football’s EE Playmaker certification.

Merrik Mihalek

Assistant Coach

Merrik Mihalek joins Franklin Pierce University as a graduate assistant supporting the women’s soccer program and athletic department administration. Mihalek played collegiate soccer at Ashland University, where she was a three-time Great Midwest Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year and earned multiple academic and athletic honors, including USC Scholar All-American and D2CCA All-American recognition. She served on Ashland’s Leadership Council and as a student coach during her senior season. Mihalek holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Business Law. She earned Dean’s List honors throughout her collegiate career.
