Fourteen of Hull's outdoor athletes have made the NESCAC all-conference team 22 times since 2001.  The Continentals were ranked 32nd in the final 2013 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Division III Top 35 women's cross country poll under Hull. Two of her runners finished in the top 10 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet and qualified to compete at the NCAA championship. Hull guided two cross country runners to 2012 USTFCCCA all-region honors based on their performance at the NCAA Atlantic Regional championship, and two made the NYSCTC all-conference team. Hull's cross country teams have made four appearances at the NCAA championship, including three straight from 1999 to 2001, and she has coached four runners to five all-America awards. Maggie Hanson '02 earned a spot on the all-America team in 1999 and repeated the feat in 2001. Jen Cammarano '03 (2001), Kaitlin Nelson '01 (2000) and Ann Toth '02 (1999) were also all-Americans. Hull has coached two track and field all-Americans at Hamilton, including Akilah Bond '09 in the triple jump. Bond finished in seventh place at the 2007 and 2009 NCAA Division III indoor championships. Hanson became Hamilton's first female national champion at the 2001 NCAA indoor meet where she finished first in the 5,000-meter run. Hanson was a seven-time indoor and outdoor all-American from 1999 to 2002 in middle-distance and distance events. Besides the two track & field all-Americans, Hull has coached multiple NCAA championship qualifiers, including an athlete that competed at the 2014 indoor meet in the 5,000 meters and at the 2014 outdoor championship in the 10,000 meters.  The 1999 cross country team finished in seventh place at the NCAA championship, which stands as the program's best showing.
