Brian O'Neill
Head Coach
O'Neill saw the Terriers improve across the board on both the men's and women's side. In his first season, O'Neill saw Terriers improve across the board. The women's team posted 16 of the top-15 fastest times in school history in 11 events. The men's team saw 17 of the top-15 fastest times in program history, across 11 events. ONeill comes to Hiram following a six-year stay at Drew (N.J.) University where he served as an assistant coach for the Rangers. During his tenure, he helped coach 20 swimmers who earned All-Eastern College Athletic Conference honors as well as setting numerous school records. ONeill was also apart of a coaching staff that helped its student-athletes excel in the classroom as both the mens and womens teams were selected scholastic All-American on several occasions. In addition to coaching at Drew, ONeill has vast coaching experience that includes a six-year stay with Somerset Hills YMCA where he served as head coach of the Senior II group. During the summers, he helped guide the Chester Riptides consisting of 130 swimmers to one of the top teams in their conference (2004-2007). Furthermore, he coached at the high school level with stops at Oratory (N.J.) Prep High School (2007-08) and Mountain (N.J.) Lakes High School (2003-04). While at Oratory Prep, ONeill helped lead the team to its 13th-straight Mountain Valley Conference Championship and had two swimmers qualify for the High School Meet of Champions. As an assistant of the Mountain Lakes H.S. program, several of his swimmers competed in the High School Meet of Champions as well as the team finishing as Sectional State Champions in 2004 and placed second overall in the State Championship Meet that same year. ONeill is a 2002 graduate of Fordham (N.Y.) University and earned a degree in history with a minor in economics. He went on to obtain a Masters degree while at Drew in 2011. Recently, he passed his Strength and Conditioning coaches test and is now a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

John Leistner
Assistant Coach
Leistner enters his first season as an Assistant Coach with the men's and women's swimming & diving programs. He joins the Terriers after serving as the Assistant Swimming Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Cumberlands (Ky.). During his time at Cumberlands, the program produced 23 All-Americans. Leistner was a four-year letterwinner at Cumberlands. He qualified for the NAIA national championships and finished as an All-American runner-up. Leistner graduated from Cumberlands in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in History and a minor in Political Science. He also is pursuing his Master's of Arts in Teaching from Cumberlands.

Jason Groselle
Coach
Groselle will be in his 10th season as an assistant head coach for the Hiram swimming and diving program in 2014-15. Groselle, a 2004 graduate of the College, competed for four years on the swim team as a student-athlete. He earned four varsity letters and served as team captain all four seasons. Groselle graduated from Hiram with a degree in management. As a student-athlete, Groselle held one individual school record and was a member of two record-holding relay teams (all records have since been broken). At the time, he held the school record in the 100-yard breaststroke (59.59) and was a member of the 200-yard medley relay (1:38.67) and the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:13.70) record teams. Groselle currently resides in Hiram, Ohio.
