Dwight Brandon
Head Coach
Brandon is entering his first season as the Head Mens and Womens Cross Country/Track and Field Coach for Holy Family University. He previously served as the assistant coach in 2015-16 before being elevated into his current position. Brandon has thirty years of prior experience; he has coached at the international, national and college level. Brandon is also serves as the Head Mens and Womens Cross Country/Track & Field Coach and an instructor in the Business Department at ASA College. His mens and womens cross country teams were both second at the regional championship in 2014. While at ASA he coached 26 NJCAA All-Americans in three years. Among them were the Armory Invitational College Champions in the 60M Hurdles, 400M Dash, 4x400 Relay, and the Millrose 4x800 Relay. Brandon also coached the championship team in the 4x400M relay at the Penn Relays. His team also came in 2nd the mens 400M Dash, 3rd in the mens 200M Dash, and 2nd in the mens 4x400 relay at the NJCAA National Championship. Brandon also coached the 2015 National Indoor Mens 600M champion who broke the national record and was 2nd in the USA and 3rd in the world(1:16.22). Prior to joining Holy Family University Brandon was the Head Womens and Assistant Mens Cross Country/Track & Field coach for Richard Stockton College from 1984-1992. During his time at Richard Stockton College he helped developed several NCAA Division III All- Americans. In 1983 Brandon also started the the Brandon Track Club (BTC); where he coached and accompanied two BTC Runners to represent the United States Track & Field Team in competition in Germany, Italy & France. He also coached the BTC to multiple national relay Championships from 1983-1992. Brandon received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Economics from Shaw University. Brandon later achieved his MBA Degree in Marketing, Finance, and accounting from California Pacific University.
