Houghton College Women's Softball

Bailey joined the Houghton softball program as an assistant coach in the fall of 2017. Bailey primarily works with outfielders - building skills, confidence, and culture; however, she assists in all areas within the program. “One of my main focuses as a coach is to ensure that I am helping young women develop as a whole person," said Bailey."I want to see them be successful in athletics and in life. I like walking alongside them as they develop their game, their mindsets, their faith, and overall become a better version of themselves.” Bailey holds a master's degree in psychology and works full time on campus in the Center for Student Success as a wellness counselor.
