Andrew Carey
Head Coach
Carey was hired in 2010 to start the Huntingdon men's lacrosse program. The program began competition in 2012 and has been growing each season. The Hawks won the first game of their inaugural season and finished the season with a 5-10 record. Huntingdon posted a 7-8 record in 2013, with three losses decided by one goal. Before Huntingdon, Carey spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Greensboro College. Carey was responsible for a variety of tasks, including coaching in both a game and practice setting, preparation of individual practices, fund raising and promotion of the lacrosse program and the recruitment of student-athletes. Prior to joining the coaching ranks, Carey enjoyed a successful playing career with the Pride. He was a four-year letter-winning attack-man and finished fifth all time in goals scored for his career. In addition to his experience at the collegiate level, Carey also coached at the youth and club level. During the summer of 2010, he served as a head coach and assistant director of the Greensboro Select Lacrosse Club. Also during the summer of 2010, he was a head coach and actively involved in the Triad Blackhawks Lacrosse Club. Carey has been on staff for the Duke University Lacrosse Camps and often attends many other camps up and down the East Coast. Carey has also worked actively in the Triad Youth Lacrosse Associate to help grow youth Lacrosse in the Greensboro/Triad area. A native of Salisbury, Md., Carey earned his bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Greensboro College in 2007. Careys Record at Huntingdon 2013: 7-8 2012: 5-10 Total: 12-18

Conor Leary
Assistant Coach
Leary joined the Huntingdon men's lacrosse staff in the summer of 2013. Leary came to Montgomery after one season as a local development officer with the English Lacrosse Association in Manchester, England. A 2012 graduate of Greensboro College, Leary holds a bachelor's degree in accounting. He served as team captain his senior season after starting for four years on defense. Leary helped Greensboro lacrosse to consistently be a force in the Division III Independent field. During his freshman season he helped the Pride post the second most wins in school history with 10. Leary was a three-time member of the USA South All-Academic Team. Leary's coaching career began in England in 2012 as he was given the task of developing the game in Manchester. He also played for the Timperley Lacrosse Club in the NEMLA Premier 1 league.
