Brittney Conzentino
Head Coach
Brittney Conzentino is in her third season as the Mighty Macs' head women's lacrosse coach in 2026. In her first season as head coach, Conzentino led Immaculata to a 9-8 overall record and a 3-3 record in Atlantic East Conference regular season play. Immaculata finished fourth in the Atlantic East Conference and hosted a playoff game in 2024. During the 2024 season, Conzentino mentored one All-Atlantic East Conference First Team member and one All-Atlantic East Conference Second Team member. Under Conzentino, Tessa Liberatoscioli set single-season program records for goals with 69, points with 94, and draw controls with 113. Liza Laxton set a single-season program record with 52 assists and became the program's all-time leader in career assists during the 2024 season. This past season, Immaculata led the Atlantic East Conference with 15.12 goals per game. The women's lacrosse team had 11 members named to the Atlantic East Conference All-Academic Team, and three members named to the College Sports Communicators All-District Academic At-Large Team. Conzentino joined Immaculata after spending nine years as the Varsity Head Girls Lacrosse Coach at Downingtown West High School. During her tenure, Conzentino led the Whippets to State tournament appearances in 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022, and served as the Chest-Mont League’s representative to the All-American Committee from 2015-19. Conzentino, a 2013 graduate of West Chester University, was a three-year member of the West Chester University lacrosse team. During her time at West Chester, the Golden Rams were Division II National Finalists in 2011 and 2012 and PSAC Champions in 2013. She played two seasons of lacrosse for Millersville University before transferring to West Chester. She was a two-sport letter winner at B. Reed Henderson High School earning All-Chest-Mont Honors in 2006 and 2007. Janelle Cronmiller
Assistant Coach
Cronmiller enters her seventh season as the head coach for the Immaculata University womens lacrosse team in 2017, and she also serves as the Associate Director of Athletics and Recreation in the department. Cronmiller has collected 48 victories as head coach at Immaculata, the most in program history, and has led the Mighty Macs to five postseason appearances in her six years, including four consecutive trips to the CSAC Semifinals from 2013-2016. In 2015, the Mighty Macs equaled the program record with 11 victories and set a new school record by winning six consecutive games. Overall, they went 11-6 and finished with a 7-2 mark in the CSAC to secure the third seed in the CSAC tournament, their highest ever. The Mighty Macs defeated No. 6 Notre Dame, 18-6, in the CSAC Quarterfinals before falling in a hard-fought game to No. 2 Neumann in the CSAC Semifinals, 16-12. She coached a program-record four Mighty Macs to the First Team All-CSAC, and helped Danielle Lopez and Kelly Lapp become the two leading scorers in program history to close out their careers. Sam Bonvetti and Allison Jakavick also earned First Team All-CSAC and freshman Brittany Whaley was named Second Team All-CSAC. In the classroom, the Mighty Macs excelled with 11 members of the squad being named to the 2014-15 CSAC All-Academic Team. The 2013 season was the most successful in the history of the Immaculata womens lacrosse program to date as they went 11-7 and finished 5-3 in the CSAC to put them in fourth place in the conference. The Mighty Macs set the single season record for wins (11), points (400), goals (265), assists (135), ground balls (458), draw controls (244), and caused turnovers (214). The womens lacrosse team also hosted the first CSAC playoff game in the teams history and recorded the first postseason victory in the 15 years of the program. The Mighty Macs reached their first conference semifinals. Also in 2013, the Mighty Macs had three players named First Team All-CSAC for the first time in program history as Katie Cook, Kelly Lapp, and Anne Moulton earned the honors. Additionally, five more players earned either Second Team or Honorable Mention while 15 players earned 2013 CSAC All-Academic team. As a team, the Mighty Macs earned the CSAC's 3-D Award for exemplifying the Division III Ideals of Discover, Develop, and Dedication. Immaculata followed up their record-setting 2013 with another playoff appearance in 2014. Overall, the Mighty Macs went 9-8 with a 5-3 CSAC mark and finished the season winning six of their final eight games. For the second consecutive season, Immaculata hosted a playoff game against Gwynedd Mercy and defeated them 18-12 before falling in the CSAC Semifinals at Cabrini. In 2014, Cronmiller guided six players to be named All-CSAC, including one on First Team with Kelly Lapp for the second consecutive season, two on Second Team, and three Honorable Mention players. The women's lacrosse team was very successful in the classroom as well with 13 earning a place on the CSAC All-Academic Team. Most recently in 2016, the Mighty Macs had a young squad, but earned the fourth seed in the CSAC postseason with a conference mark of 6-3 and overall record of 8-11. The Macs won a postseason game for the fourth consecutive year with a 19-9 victory over No. 5 Centenary before falling in the CSAC Semifinals at eventual conference champion Cabrini. Cronmiller coached Honorable Mention All-CSAC performer Shannon Neill who closed out her career as the only player in program history to reach both 100 goals and 100 assists. She mentored First Team All-CSAC performer Hannah Verrecchia to a single season program record of 60 goals, and First Team All-CSAC defender Bailey Krewson. She helped Brittany Whaley to her second consecutive Second Team All-CSAC recognition. In her first season at the helm of the Mighty Macs in 2011, the squad finished with a 5-11 overall record and 3-5 mark in the conference. The team made its second-straight appearance in the CSAC tournament as the No. 6 seed. Cronmiller mentored five all-league players during the 2011 season. Rebecca Whiteman and Kacie O'Neill each earned Second Team All-CSAC recognition while Megan Chacosky, Emily Hallet and Katie Cook were named honorable mention. The 2012 campaign brought five more all-conference accolades to Immaculata student-athletes. Chacosky and Hallett each were recognized on the second team while Cook, Anne Moulton and Britt Worthington were honorable mention choices. The team finished the season with a record of 4-12, 2-6 CSAC. Cronmiller currently assists with the Motion Girls' Lacrosse club out of Wayne, Pa. Prior to that, she was the assistant director of the Nike Lacrosse Camp at Blair Academy from 2006 until 2008. Cronmiller graduated from East Stroudsburg University in 2007 with a bachelors degree in Political Science. As a student-athlete for the Warriors, Cronmiller was a four-year member and two-year captain of the women's lacrosse team. Cronmiller assisted the East Stroudsburg women's lacrosse program as a work study during her four seasons, and also served as the defensive counselor when it hosted camps and clinics. Following graduation in 2007, she spent the next two years working at ESU as a graduate assistant in the Disability Services and Learning Center, and as a GA in the Academic Computing Center.
