Head Coach
Stephanie Zimny is entering her ninth season as the head softball coach at Indiana Tech heading into the 2025 season after being hired as the fifth coach in program history in the summer of 2015. During her first eight years at the helm she has compiled a record of 165-181-1 (.476) and holds a 75-71 (.514) record in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) play. She has coached 57 WHAC All-Academic Team selections, 61 NAIA Scholar-Athletes, 24 All-Conference selections, eight WHAC Player of the Week winners, nine WHAC Pitcher of the Week selections, five WHAC All-Defensive Team honorees, four CoSIDA Academic All-District Team members, and two CoSIDA Academic All-America Team members. Last season, Zimny would lead the Warriors to a 34-15 overall record and a 14-8 conference record. Tech would end the regular season with a fifth-place finish in the WHAC. And fall in the opening round of the WHAC tournament. Five Warriors would earn WHAC All-Conference Team selections in 2024, while Alyssa Fox was named to the All-Defensive Team. 16 Warriors would be named to the WHAC All-Academic Team and 12 would also be named NAIA Scholar-Athletes. The Warriors would also have one WHAC Player of the Week and four WHAC Pitcher of the Week winners during the season. In 2023, Coach Zimny would help the Warriors to a historic season, picking up the programs first ever WHAC Championship! The Warriors would go 18-4 in WHAC play on their way to the No. 1 seed and regular season championship, while finishing the season with a 41-12 overall record. The 18 conference wins and 41 total wins are both program records! At the WHAC tournament, Tech would fall in the first round. At the NAIA Softball National Championship, the Warriors would defeat No. 18 ranked College of Coastal Georgia on day one before losing to No. 8 ranked Georgia Gwinnett College and No. 18 ranked College of Coastal Georgia on day two, ending their historic season. Nine Warriors would earn WHAC All-Conference team honors in 2023, including Jordan Dippel who was named WHAC Co-Newcomer of the Year and Savannah Bravo who along with Dippel would represent Indiana Tech on the All-Defensive Team. Eight Warriors would be named to the WHAC All-Academic Team and eight would also be named NAIA Scholar-Athletes. Coach Zimny was also named WHAC Coach of the Year for the first time. The Warriors would also have one WHAC Player of the Week and two WHAC Pitcher of the Week winners during the season. In 2022, Tech finished the season with a .500 record at 24-24. The Warriors finished fourth in the WHAC with a record of 15-7. The Warriors fell to #5 Aquinas in the first game of the double elimination WHAC Tournament before defeating #8 Siena Heights to eliminate the Saints on day one. On day two, Tech lost to #3 UNOH and was eliminated. Emma Kelley became the second Tech softball player in history to be named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America Team. The Warriors also had six WHAC All-Academic Team selections, ten NAIA scholar athletes, three WHAC All-Conference selections, two WHAC Players of the Week, two WHAC Pitchers of the Week, and two CoSIDA All-District Team selections. In 2021, the Warriors went 17-27 overall and 5-13 in WHAC play, finishing tenth in the conference. Tech had eight WHAC All-Academic Team selections and 12 NAIA scholar athletes. Payton Robinson earned WHAC All-Conference, WHAC All-Defensive, and CoSIDA All-District Team honors. Tech went 5-7 during the 2020 season before the COVID-19 pandemic caused all collegiate sports to be cancelled. Their was still history to be made though, as senior Emily Martin was tabbed to the CoSIDA Academic All-America Team, becoming the first player in program history to earn a spot on the prestigious squad. In 2019 the Warriors went 24-25 and 11-11 in conference play to finish seventh and cracked the 20-win mark for the first time since 2012 while opening up their new home at Warrior Park on March 21, 2019. Tech knocked off second-seeded Lawrence Tech in the first round of the WHAC Tournament to advance to the semifinals before falling to eventual tournament champion Siena Heights. The Warriors had four players named to the All-Conference Teams while junior Brianna Glass set an NAIA national record with 81 stolen bases. In 2018 Tech went 16-33 and qualified for the WHAC Tournament for the first time since the 2012 season with a record of 11-9 in league play, finishing sixth. The Orange and Black won their first game of the conference tournament over third-seeded Siena Heights, the first win in the postseason since 2012, before falling to Aquinas and Lawrence Tech. She guided the Warriors to a 4-38-1 record during her first year at the helm (2017) while the team went 1-19 in conference action. Zimny came to Tech after spending one season as the pitching coach at Kent State, helping guide the Golden Flashes to the Mid-American Conference (MAC) regular season title and winning the MAC East Division. Under her tutelage, the Kent State pitching staff recorded a 2.78 earned run average (ERA) and mentored one All-Region honoree and one All-MAC selection while the team got off to its fourth-best start in school history under interim head coach Eric Oakley. While at Kent State, she was responsible for all incoming and outgoing scouting reports, monitored the teams' social media accounts, and assisted with practice planning and camp coordination. Prior to joining the Golden Flashes, the Highland, Indiana native spent the previous five seasons as head coach at her alma mater, Calumet College of St. Joseph (CCSJ), where she has also been the head volleyball coach since 2012. After taking over as head coach midway through the 2011 season, Zimny guided CCSJ to its first Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Tournament appearance that same year. She led the Crimson Wave to the conference tournament in every season since and compiled a 116-111 record. During her tenure at the helm for CCJS, Zimny coached eight All-CCAC selections, 10 CCAC All-Academic Team selections and three NAIA Scholar-Athletes. The 2014 team also earned NAIA Scholar-Team honors. Zimny was a multi-sport athlete during her collegiate career at CCSJ, earning letters in softball and volleyball. In 2009, she was named CCSJ's Athlete of the Year in addition to being All-CCAC First Team and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete in softball. She played at South Suburban College prior to attending CCSJ, earning National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Second-Team All-American honors in 2006, the first player in SSCC history to garner those accolades, and was also a First-Team All-Conference selection after finishing second in the nation in strikeouts. Zimny graduated from CCSJ in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She currently resides in Fort Wayne.

Dominic Greenman
Head Coach
Dominic Greenman enters his second year as the head archery coach at Indiana Tech and will also oversee the addition of Air Pistol and Air Rifle programs to Tech Athletics, heading into the 2025-26 year. “We are excited to welcome Coach Greenman to our Athletic Department. He brings a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in competition and also training. We look forward to seeing the growth of our Archery program under his guidance” Biggs said! From Grand Rapids, Michigan, Dominic brings over 30 years of experience in archery, both as a competitor and a coach. His coaching has not only led to numerous victories at state, collegiate, and national levels but has also deeply influenced the lives of his athletes. As the head coach of the Flaming Arrow Elite program, he played a pivotal role in developing training programs, recruiting and retaining talented athletes and coaches, and fostering a safe and positive team environment. Greenman's archers have achieved numerous state and national podium finishes with archery organizations such as USA Archery, NFAA, ASA, and S3DA. They have secured several individual national champion finishes with the NFAA and won the S3DA Indoor Nationals S3DA Club Championship. Throughout his professional journey, Dominic has demonstrated his versatility and adaptability. For the past 16 years, he has been the creative director for Neural Planet, a SaaS developer, working with clients such as Intel, Yahoo, Steelcase, NHL, and USA Hockey. In addition, he has shared his design knowledge and experience as a teacher at Kendal College of Art and Design for ten years.

Morgan Clark
Coach
Morgan Clark (Bair) enters her third year as the Indiana Tech Spirit Director for the 2025-26 school year, overseeing the Dance and Cheer programs, in addition to the Pep Band. Clark led Tech's Dance and Cheer team through their first year as a program in 2023-24, building and developing the team. Tech Dance officially had their first season of competition in 2024-25, while the Cheer program can be seen at Tech athletic events as they continue to build toward WHAC competition. Last season (2024-25), Clark led the Tech Dance team through their first official season competing where they had four regular season events and the WHAC Championships. Tech would finish in seventh at the WHAC Championships, while recording their highest score of the season (61.43). "We are excited to welcome Morgan to our athletic department," Director of Athletics Jessie Biggs said. "Her enthusiasm and drive make her a perfect fit for our spirit director position. We are also excited about the addition of competitive dance back to Indiana Tech and can't wait to see what the future holds!" "First and foremost, I want to thank Jessie Biggs and David Bokhart for taking a chance on me. I am very fortunate to have been given the opportunity to get Indiana Tech's Spirit Programs established. This is something I am so passionate about and love doing. I have so many new and exciting things planned for all our spirit programs and am very eager for the 2023-2024 school year to begin. The atmosphere of the campus has been so welcoming, and I am committed to continue that through all three of our programs, as well as the traditions of the institution and athletics." Bair said. Morgan is from Fort Wayne and attended Bishop Dwenger high school, where she had a very successful four years cheering. Bair received 1 state championship and 3 national titles during her high school career. She then attended the University of Saint Francis, located in Fort Wayne, where she spent most of her college career cheering. Morgan also continued coaching for an all-star travel cheer team, as well as for Glitter Cheer and Dance Co. She has been in the cheer and dance industry for over 10 years. Clark lives in Fort Wayne with her 2-year-old puppy, Ivy, while also spending a lot of time with her 8 nieces and nephews.
