Johnson University Florida Men's Basketball

My name is Coach Eddie Carrasquillo. I am going on my 4th year as the assistant men's basketball coach and head JV coach at Johnson University FL. Our mission is to recruit, build up, and mentor top level talent; as well as prepare professionals on and off the court. We look for team leadership and compatibility in our players and teach them how to value others strengths and how to recognize and handle opportunities within a group of individuals. We strive for our athletes to be exceptional students and emphasize responsibility to oneself, family, and community.

I had the opportunity to coach in Johnson University Florida for 6 years. I started as an assistant womens basketball coach and finished as the head mens basketball coach. Actually, I am about to start a new mens basketball postgrad basketball program in Orlando. By doing this, I am trying to initiate a postgrad program with a collegiate mindset to aid the students to grow both academically and athletically. Also, I am in the recruiting process of domestic and international athletes to ensure that our program is  increasing the level of competition.

Current assistant coach at Bilingual Christian Academy & Technology Tigers Basketball program. Former Assistant Head coach for Jonnson University.
