Fields, "A team culture such as ours, early and still finding its way, will undoubtedly benefit from having someone so familiar with what separates the marginal players from the great ones. Coach Fields will focus primarly as defensive coordinator for the Wildcats but will assist in all facets of the program. Fields is a firm believer in the box/field hybrid system and will encourge the Wildcats to explore indoor leagues throughout the winter to further develop their skill sets. Coach Fields is beginning his second season with the Wildcats and currently lives in Southglenn with his wife Tymar and daughter Sofia. He is an account manager for a local food industry firm and volunteers his time to the Wildcats.
