Lake Forest College Women's Basketball

Tills in golf. In the team's second year as a varsity program, Lake Forest placed fourth at the 2015 Midwest Conference Championships, moving up one spot in the standings from the previous season. Freshman Anhayte Guajardo was the team's top player, placing fifth in the conference as an individual. As a team the Foresters improved by nearly 30 shots per round in 2015-16 and five different players posted the squad's best score at least once during the year. Guajardo is the second Lake Forest player to earn All-MWC honors and the Foresters have also had four Academic All-MWC selections in the last two years. Tills was the head women's golf coach at Loras College from 1999-2002. The Duhawks finished as high as third in the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference standings and in the top half of the league in each of Tills' three years as head coach. A pair of Loras players earned a combined three All-IIAC honors under her direction. Upon joining the Forester staff as the head women's basketball coach in 2008, Tills also took over as the advisor and head coach of the golf team, which competed under club sport status until 2014. She has won 230 games as a collegiate basketball coach, including 94 with the Foresters. Before coming the Lake Forest, Tills was the head women's basketball coach at Concordia University Chicago, Loras College, and Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota. She was also an NCAA Division I assistant coach at Marquette University and California State University-Fullerton and worked in the front office of the NBAs Milwaukee Bucks. Her coaching career began at Divine Savior Holy Angels High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she was the athletic director and volleyball and basketball coach. Tills was also a successful athlete and is a member of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Hall of Fame. She resides in nearby Libertyville.
