Lane Community College Women's Volleyball

Keri Green brings a distinguished background as both a student-athlete and educator to her coaching career. Originally from Twin Falls, Idaho, she attended Canyon Ridge High School, where she competed in volleyball before continuing her athletic career at Blue Mountain Community College. During her time at Blue Mountain, Keri helped lead the program to NWAC Championships in both 2013 and 2015 and was named first team All-NWAC in 2015. Keri went on to compete in both volleyball and golf at Northwest Christian University, now known as Bushnell University. During the 2017 volleyball season, she set the program's single-season blocks record. Academically, Keri earned her Master of Business Administration from Bushnell University and later completed a Master of Education from Southern New Hampshire University. She currently serves as a full-time faculty member in the Business Department, combining her passion for education with her commitment to student-athlete development. In recognition of her leadership and success on the court, Keri was named the Southern Region Coach of the Year following the 2025 season.

Sarah Lanz played high school volleyball at Creswell High School and also competed in club volleyball with Webfoot Volleyball Club playing multiple positions as OH, Libero/D.S., and Setter. She continued her playing career as Libero/D.S. for Tacoma Community College. During her two seasons at Tacoma, she earned Second Team All–West Region recognition for her performance on the court. After her collegiate career, Sarah transitioned into coaching, completing three club seasons with Rainier Volleyball Club in Washington and two high school seasons at Creswell High School. She is passionate about developing athletes’ skills, confidence, and love for the game while fostering a strong team environment. Sarah enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Bentley and Zoe. She’s an avid runner and has recently completed the Eugene half marathon!

Braiden Bowen is originally from Prineville, Oregon, and played volleyball at Crook County High School, helping lead the program to three state championships and earning Libero of the Year honors at the state championships twice. She continued her playing career at the College of Southern Idaho, where she was a member of the 2012 NJCAA National Championship team and earned Honorable Mention as a libero during her second season. Since finishing her playing career, Bowen has remained active in the sport through coaching at both the club and high school levels. She spent two years with Rimrock Volleyball Club before relocating to Connecticut, where she coached with Husky Volleyball Club and Hall High School for three seasons. In addition to team coaching, she has offered private libero training and positional development for defensive specialists. Passionate about developing the whole athlete, Bowen places a strong emphasis on building mental resilience, confidence, and growth both on and off the court. Outside of coaching, she enjoys continuing to play adult volleyball and spending time outdoors, especially anywhere she can find sunshine and a cold river.
