Lansing Community College Women's Softball

Kibby and his staff have continued to recruit outstanding student athletes to his program with the 2013, 2014, and 2015 teams having above a 3.0 gpa combined.   Before coming to LCC Coach Kibby served as varsity head softball coach at Bath High School for 16 years. He was hired as LCC's Softball Coach in August 2011 to build a strong team and carry on its winning tradition. "Marc has an incredible record of wins, is respected by his peers and the community, and is beloved by his student athletes," said LCC Athletic Director Scott Latham. "He knows the talent in the area and will be great at recruiting local players. We are thrilled he is part of the LCC Stars athletic program." Coach Kibby's goal is to build a team that is as committed to academics as it is to athletics, and to help student-athletes understand that they are ambassadors of LCC and the entire community.
