Lasell College Women's Basketball

I want our players to enjoy the journey instead of solely focusing on the destination.  See it. Sort it. Achieve it. My players will understand that big goals can be achieved by envisioning their goals then breaking them down into small achievable steps. Mastering the small steps will inevitably bring them success. Players should not only have success on the court but in the classroom. Well rounded student athletes are the foundation of universities around the country. I want the players to graduate with the confidence that any dream is achievable, to enjoy the hard work the journey will bring and remember P.O.P
